Can I use 8gb San disk card,in my tattoo?

Wot is max sd card size for tattoo 8Gb 16Gb
32Gb... ?

8gb for sure...others size not tried yet.

i have a 16 gb SD HC working on my tattoo. No problems

No problem with a San Disk 8GB

Nobody tried 32 yet?

Tried 32gb sd card by Transcend and it work perfectly, you just have
To format using htc tattoo itself.

I am using 8gb SD and i think for songs and other mobile stuffs 8gb is more than enough. otherwise I'll use my computer hard disk to store. Thanks.

I'm using a 16gb sandisk sd card without any probs. nice to have the extra space for apps to SD.

I get probs with my sandisk 16GB cards
Works fine in my daughters Huawei but get error after a while in my Tattoo

32-GB Sandisk SD-card not detected in Incredible S

Hello,
I just bought a Sandisk 32GB class 4 SD-card in replacement of my 8GB SDcard. But after inserting and rebooting, I dont see the card detected. It says 'Total Space' is Unavailable.
I have read that Incredible S supports 32GB. Are there anything that I can do to detect the card ? Has anyone come across such a situation ?
Any pointers appreciated.

Maybe you have formatted with ntfs file system???
BTW I have a samsung essential 32GB class10 and works good!

I'm using it right out of the box, by default its vfat, i presume.

I have lexar 32gb class 10 and it works very well.

It was a problem with the ROM,, I'm now using Nik's ROM and everything is fine now.. the card is detected.

[Help!] SD Card

Hello XDAians..
So, basically, something is wrong with my SD Card after partitioning using Swapper..
Now, my phone doesn't even read my SD Card. You can't go through files, etc.
I know the problem is not the ROM nor the PHONE.. because my phone reads my brother's SD Card which is the same class, space & type..
I can't format because MiniPartition tool also doesn't recognize my SD Card.. Help?
My SD Card is a Class 2, 8GB, MicroSDHC.
Please help. I really need my SD Card to install new ROMS and MODS..

Have you tried CWM built in

Try it in a computer. That doesn't work, it's fried. I had that with a 16GB PNY card. My current Samsung works fine no matter what I do

The thing is, I don't have an adapter for the SD Card..

If it isn't working in cwm then you only have to find a adapter and partition again...
I got the same, after I deleted swap it solved

Mini tool partition is the best...
Use it and delete swap

hmm if you swaps, i recommend u use a class 6 or higher to lower risk

please use class 2 sd class

maybe you can use card reader to check it..is it still FAT format or not
then try to fix it or something else like repair your sdcard
and turn on your phone WITHOUT sdcard
last, turn it on again WITH sdcard

Thanks. Its just that i am having some issues but i think its to do with the card failing! I've got a 16gig mini sdhc that refuses to format no matter what software i use.
Anyone had difficilties before and found a solution??

How bigger the size of the Micro SD(HC) Card, the more issues are with it. As I sad, this is also with SD, not only SDHC.

I think it maybe a fake card or a dud batch! Bought it off eBay so I guess that's the risk you take!

I've got a Kingston 8GB sdhc card in my gt-s5830-i which works fine. If you haven't saved anything to your card partition it using ClockworkMod recovery. Using that you can create an sd-ext2 second partition (see "advanced" -> "partition SD card") for use with the link2sd app for moving apps from internal memory on to that partition on the card.

Sdcard query...need help ASAP.

Pls I need to know which class of sdcard works best with mi410, I had a transcend 16gig class 4 but I frequently experienced freezing n boot loops until I take out d card m let the phone boot completely before putting it back.
But its been working fine with my class 4 Samsung 4gig sdcard, but its way too small so I decided to purchase a scandisk class 4 16gig cos I thought the transcend was faulty which I tried with other phones n its working perfectly, but this scandisk is giving the same prob as the transcend n its brand new.
So I want to know if our phone has a particular class of sdcard it works with or what's actually wrong.
The problem I experience are freezing and random reboots which most times gets stuck in a boot loop, I usually have to take out battery n memory card n then reboot n wait until its done before putting the card back in.
Please any advice or idea is welcomed

I am using class 10 16 Gig card and I am not facing any problem like freezing, not booting or random reboot.
But I don't think it is related to class of memory card, check with some stable ROM..... which has no reboot problem.. may be then only decide to go get new card

Am on a custom Rom which is quite stable..

Am running mokee limited edition from ck, which is very very stable.
I don't experience any freezing or reboot with the Samsung 4gig like I said its only with 16gig class 4. And I just bought a new one the day before I posted this SOS lol.

I'm using sdcard 32gb class 10 in all of my devices,, include my FIH-FB0..
