[Q] How can o revert to official firmware?

I am currently on custom ROM Tweaky v4.1 JVH. I want to revert to official setting.
How can i flash the official jvh/jvo so that Kies can recognize my device?
Any idea would be welcomed! Thx

Check in android development and you will find a thread about spoofing kies

[Q] Gingerbread rom for my Galaxy S (I9000)

Hello guys. I am using Galaxy S i9000. With Froyo 2.2. I9000XXJPK .
Please suggest best gingerbread rom and suggest me way to perform flash on my phone.. Awaiting your answers.. Long Live XDA .. Peace xd

Everyone has a different favourite rom. I liked a lot: SuperOsr then Cm7 and Miui Mintberry.

if you want Samsung Rom then i would suggest xxjvu. if you want custom then cm7. and ics try cm9 alpha builds..

Thankyou guys. Wanted to know when flashing XXJVU over XXJPK cause any problems or not? I.e. Bricking or failure in flashing?

I was fearing if flashing any 2.3 Rom on 2.2 Froyo will cause some problems?

i came from froyo to gingerbread stock with kies. After that i descovered custom rom and wow.before flashing i sugest stock gingerbread. After that root ( cf root) and after that any custom rom u choose

( .. Flashing from 2.2 to 2.3.6 will cause any problems? And flashing kernel is also necessary?

I didn't flash to 2.3.6 from froyo. I let kies to update from froyo to gingerbread (2.3.3 or 2.3.4 i belive). After that i flashed cf root from chainfire to have root and cmw.

Like the tittle says, i aks if someone tell me how to make an aosp lock for our mobile with odex or stock ROMs or provide an update.zip for CWM

If you install Benzrom you can choose between samsung lock or AOSP lock.

Thanks for the reply. I tried BenzROM a few days ago, and i loed it, but today i update to the latest ROM of my country and rooted it, and i want this lockscreen for the sctock ROM. I try holo locker, but its only in english

need Help with ALLIANCE rom

hi , guy cant post my question in development forum so askin here tha ....I cant see weather information on lockscreen of Alliance rom V3 ....s3 lock screen......i have installed without samsung apps ...and tried installing acuweather from rom customiser...i mean all i see ther is cannot display weather data....Y????

[Q] Updating Galaxy mini to gingerbread - S5570XXKB1

Hi i have a galaxy mini on 2.2.1 and i want to upgrade it i have the S5570XXKB1 version.

I am installing a custom rom but you need to upgrade to gingerbread first (im installing touchwiz ics).

Could also take kies, thats easier
