So if you're bootlocked you can't have root in this new firmware?

yes but you have to flash the img file with fastboot

I think you should use the arc s firmware.
This firmware is for arc.

There's no "best rom". All of them have pros and cons. Try the more popular ones first.

Yes it is latest Kernel of .587...i've alredy mentioned on my post.
Where did you get the source? It isn't on http://developer.sonymobile.com/wportal/devworld/search-downloads/opensource yet.

i root my mobile with kernel .562 then update the kernel with .587 i made my own kernel from the downloaded files when i updated and i have the root , but still can see in pc companion there is update to .587 i don't know why

This kernel works nicely with JJs ROM.
Also, I compared your ramdisk with the ramdisk of stock kernel by TheGreatSega, and in my opinion you did the better job. Thanks a lot!

This ROM doesn't contain any kernel - it works with stock or any stock-based kernels like DooM or vKernel.
But that's off topic

I´m affraid can´t do that because in original system/etc there is no file called "Speaker_cal.acdb".

Flash stock rom is easiest way. But you loose everything on phone.

Restore a backup (You did make one didn't you?)
Or
Download a stock ftf (Or stock based rom without that mod) and just extract those files and push them yourself
Or
Reflash the rom
Or
Look in the theme and app section for a "Back to stock" flashable zip for a sound mod. There is one in there somewhere
