Since I installed the SOS ROM I no longer get a message when I have a new voicemail. I see a missed call notification and if I dial in to my phone number it will tell me I have voicemails. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
Thanks

I have an XDA IIi with O2-UK. Don't like how it sends my callers to voicemail after approximately 3 rings.
Does anyone know how I can alter this setting please?
From what I can remember this is network controlled and not done via the phone. Try going through some of the menus in the voicemail setup, I know the SMS notification is there, so I think the number of rings is there as well.
Hi sorry if this is has been answered before, have searched and not found solution,On incoming calls all I see (is incoming voice call)no ID even though they are in my contacts list, however when I view missed calls,it knows who called?,
This does not happen on incoming text messages though, what am I missing?

Hi Thanks for that not my answer though,Since the last post I find that if I have set a picture for a contact it works just fine,But I don't want to do that to all my contacts. The fact that missed calls knows the ID, and incoming texts are fine, means it must be a setting somewhere I have missed, but I have looked and can't find one

I had something similar happen to me, and it turned out that somehow, the number that was trying to call me was in the blacklist, which isn't visible from the dialer.
From the home screen, go into settings, call settings, and blacklist is at the bottom of the list.
Phone: Nexus One
Carrier: ATT
OS: MIUI
So I have been able to find threads about sending SMS upon call hangups or missed calls, and threads about blocking calls. However I need the union of the two.
I want to send a text message whenever a call is blocked saying something like: "call rejected, reason:blacklist. Text me with your name so I can add you to contacts list." I know spammers will never do this, but I also dont want to send this text to my friends every time I miss a call.
So if anyone knows how to use the Tasker app well (maybe to compose an SMS whenever I get a call from someone not in contacts) or the DND settings on MIUI, you would be a true hero.
