This new Theme was build on the same code base and philosopy as well known Revolution Theme. Main difference is obviously color, AOSP popups, more tabs in browser, 3D Homescreen and animations.

Hi mate, this your theme is very nice too. But I have one problem. In default HTC sms app (in Sense 3.0 - ARHD 6.1.x) is not visible the underline characters and numbers (yellow characters on blue background). Please can you do some modifications.

this is absolutely beautiful, but after flashing on ARHD 6.1.1 i can no longer access settings. it does not show up in my app drawer, nor is it accessible by hitting the menu option from home screen.
i will have to revert until this addressed. such a bummer.
UPDATE: wiped and reflashed ARHD, and let it boot up entirely. then i booted back to recovery, and flashed your theme. this seemed to fix the problem. previously, i tried to flashed ARHD, then the theme at the same time without a boot in between.
From the screenshots, the colors are just beautiful, too bad I am on RcMix3d. love the golden theme

Ok guys I will try to find the solution. You all are HDPI, but it works on N1, so it should on any HDPI device. I will look at this issue.
On my setup.
The mobile data switch in the statusbar pulldown has no button image.
The buttons in gmail have no image just the text label

Saw that you needed HDPI testers. Ran it on my Droid, but wouldn't load though. Said it wasn't compiled correctly. Beatiful theme though. Hope this helps!

HDPI at the first post let's try it out guys
installed on mdpi device and is looking pretty good
but why not make this theme different from all the rest, change the black status bar background to a white background?
every theme has a black one and its kinda 'depressing', this theme is ideal to put a white one because of its white looks

That Theme lives in the same spirit of all my Themes with a design oriented, minimalistic approach. Since this is an inverted Theme, it works best in terms of text colors with Rosie Launcher, but you can certainly use it too with 3rd party Launchers. Note: My other Themes Honey HD, Revolution and Elegant Blues still work for final Gingerbread without any issues, but for the "old" themes (not for Code Red) you need to flash the add-on with matching jars from post 309 in my Honey HD Thread. 1. What you need before the flash
DEODEXED ROM, Root, S-Off, DHD Sense ROM, Clockwork Mod and ROM Manager
Install:
* IMPORTANT - backup your system with Rom Manager
* Uninstall Facebook Update
* LauncherPro Users - uninstall before you flash the theme (Plus User delete the launcher.apk from zip and theme LPro Plus via metamorph)
* Copy HoneyHD.zip to SD Card
* Open Rom Manager and install from SD Card
* Choose HoneyHD.zip, then your DHD boots in Recovery and installs the theme, copies the Icon Pack and Wallpaper to your SD Card
* Choose your favorite Wallpaper from sdcard/wallpaper (4 Options), if you like customize your shortcuts with the icon pack
Icons can be best applied with Desktop Visualizer (if you use Rosie) or directly with LauncherPro.
* Make sure you choose HTC default skin, otherwise theme will not show up as designed
* Note: If there is a part you don`t want to install, just open the update.zip with winrar or 7zip BEFORE you flash, delete the apk and close the zip.
The Theme is based on Gingerbread Final Ace ROM and should work on most GB Based ROM`s, but never flash without a Nandroid.
Known issues:
Just in case you have Weather FC`s after applying the theme, just do the following:
Uncheck sound effects in weather app settings
In case the FC comes already after opening the weather app (which is rare) and you can`t access settings in weather app, just do the following:
Go to applications, select manage, select all
Look for weather provider and delete data
IMPORTANT: kill your network connection (airplane mode)
Open weather, this will now not be able to update as connection is off
Apply settings, disable sound
Restore network connection

Judging by the screenshots this is gonna be an awesome theme.
I would propose one change though: The title bars ("Alben", "Interpreten"), etc.) somehow don't fit in the theme because of their round borders and the grey background.
Especially the grey background doesn't match the black list view bellow.
Just my two cents

Worked on it, but it makes no Sense at this stage, since the main reasons would be MMS and weather. I ported everything and MMS runs fine, but weather FC`s - but with or without Theme. If capy fixes that bug, I will do it. Edit - solved, see coment below

Also, would you know anything about HTCClockWidgets? Any idea if the froyo ones are compatible with GB? The one Im using seems to work but to get it to show it needs a clear data for Sense and it FCs weather when started from the clock.

I would not try to use a froyo system/app on a GB system. In any case I successfully ported Sense 3.0 MMS and Sense 3.0 weather from capy`s ROM as an add-on, which will then run on all other GB ROM`s. I will do final checks, but all is runing fine now. Theme port for RCMIX also works after the weather fix, but I don`t have time to finish it tonight. Good news is, that I can port Sense 3.0 MMS and weather also to my other Themes, once I upgraded these.

Very nice! Will try this till Honey HD is updated, then compare the two and try to make a decision... although I haven't tried Revo recently, I think that would look good with all the white-on-black stuff as well. Great to have so many choices.
I'm curious about people wanting this in blue, green, etc. though - I would have thought that Honey HD and REVOlution HD were close enough to this to satisfy? Although I haven't compared the themes in detail so may be wrong.

I'm definitely one who has been looking forward to a green theme. I flashed the theme and really like it but i did have a few problems to report. My gallery wouldn't work anymore and every time i tried to use the camera it FC. Looking fwd to any additions there will be to the theme though. Thanks for the hard work.

Wallpaper & transparency:
As you should know not each launchers supports transparent statusbar, but if we will use MultiPicture Live Wallpaper we can get transparent statusbar using any launcher so I added wallpaper.png to the pack.

menu>preferences>appearance settings>dock background>froyo wide or froyo or glass

Great work as always =p, although I don't really like the miui ui in general (which is why I flashed back to cm7 after 2 days haha) but that's just me, nice work man.
Meizu on the other hand I don't mind, its pretty neat, darn awesome chinese devs ;O

Instructions:
1. Download apk
2. Place on the root of your sd card
3. Using a file explorer, install the theme.

6. You will get this error: "Sorry, this theme is missing assets for your device's screen size." Hit apply anyway
7. Reboot

*Known Issues*
The custom background image that i put in for menus makes the text in the Deskclock apk unreadable.

This is a re themed Miui Launcher based off of this.
Inside the zip includes a theme which will theme more icons, it's not a complete theme as I am actively still working on it.
This is an older version of MIUI music. I couldn't get the newest version to decompile correctly so I went with this.
This player if fully functional. I've done some extensive modifications to the images as well as some of the layouts.
Install via your sd card and a file manager of your choice. If you already have a version of Miui Music, you must uninstall that version first.
This is a mod of the LG analog clock widget apk. It includes all the Miui analog clock widgets all in one apk as well as a few other modded clocks

Very nice. This is just what I have been looking for. Only thing I have to say is you should change the colors up. Maybe do a grey or white one instead of orange.
With the mdpi version though, the notification pull down doesn't go down all the way.

sorry but i'll never do battery percent in the battery...if you do it right that will be at minimum,100 or so images for battery and charging animations....
