I wanted new theme. I tried a lot of them, but none of them couldn't change everything I wanted them to change! So, I edited mur4ik's ROM the way I want! I also add/remove some system aplications, and added Loopy Smoothnes Tweak.
It's first version so there aren't many tweaks, but I'll change/add/remove things depending on your requests!

Do a Backup (if something go wrong, and so you can restore your data)
0. Not necessary, but desirable: Resize system partition to 150 MB and you'll have 234 MB data partition for applications
1. Download .zip
2. Extract .zip (you shold have file "2011-09-21.13.38.59")
3. Turn on USB storage on your phone
4. Copy folder "2011-09-21.13.38.59" to your SD card in /clockworkmod/backup/
5. Charge your battery to 100% (unplug, and plug back charger several times)
6. Reboot in recovery with charger plugged in
7. wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache partition, wipe dalvik cache
8. Go to "backup and restore", then "Restore" and than select "2011-09-21.13.38.59"
9. Reboot your phone!
10. Unplugg the charger and don't plug it until your phone dies
11. Tottaly drain battery (power on/off until the screen refuses to come on)
12. Boot to recovery with charger
13. Wipe battery stats
14. Reboot, and charge to 100%
15.repeat charging, discharging, and wiping 3-5 times for better results!
* You can install it via fastboot to! Just flash system.img, and boot.img from extracted folder!

I must say, I don't really understand your point!
But, battery will last as it lasts in SwiftDroid! And, I don't know about you guys, but I'm satisfied with battery (more like I get uset to it)!
And, about programs...you won't lose anything important! Mms.apk, Contacts.apk, and Music.apk are replaced with (on my oppinion better) Go SMS Pro, Go Contacts EX, and Player Pro;
Protis is annoying widget which apperars on first boot and give you a first directions;
and Androidian, and Cyanbreed are themes that you dont need if you like my MOD
So, I may not be objective, but I made this MOD for me, and for me it is recomandable!

Only, I want say if the battery go to unpluged faster than if i dont have this "script". I see in the pictures that you do a overclock to 844mhz... and this have to unplug your gt540 the fastest form. How many hours the battery lasts you?

Only script that is added is Loopy smoothnes, (Read this post!) and it should save some battery
And it was OC-ed to 844 when I tooked the screenshoot, but you can choose whatewer you want from 122 to 900 on that kernel (I use min. 240 - max. 825, but you should try for yourself, and see what are the best settings for you make sure you don't pick "Set on boot" until you find your best settings!
How long my battery lasts? - Well, I'm testing something at the moment, so I want my battery drains werry fast, so I set OC to 844 performance, and wifi, gps, and bluetooth are on (the deadly combination), battery is on 50%, and it's on for 11 hours. So you can't make a good conclusion from that amount of data, but...

If you want some removed apps back edit my paysscript.sh script in the zip file.
You just have to remove the lines of the apps you want to keep.
And if you want to remove even more apps feel free to add some lines more to it. You don't have to sign it
Don't try to set up a Facebook account or other SNS accounts, I removed that because there are much better clients, but still shows the option in the Setup Wizard, simply skip there. If you want to use SNS, just delete the SNS lines in paysscript.sh.
If a app FCs first check if you wiped correctly, second option go into the settings manager -> application -> and delete data of that app, try again.
If there is still a error please report.

You can go to step 4 if you already flashed a fresh 10b open, rooted and installed clockwork recovery or have Pays-ROM v1.0 or higher.
You should know this before: How to Flash
1.) If you come from any other firmware or ROM be sure to flash the v10b LG Europe Open firmware, and do a system restore afterwards.
2.) Enable ADB in the settings and root your device with GingerBreak
3.) Install Clockwork Recovery for Optimus Black
4.) Put the ROM.zip to your SD Root and boot into clockwork recovery (e.g. using Anreboot)
5.) Fully wipe your phone in the recovery mode (wipe data, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache, wipe battery stats)
6.) Flash the ZIP + reboot and enjoy
7.) If you like it donate (even 1 dollars are welcome)!

I agree and by the way, you're welcome for using the init.d scripts on Nova. Which by the way, are broken and are not working. Unfortunately I forgot a detail and they aren't active. I'll fix it in Nova soon. You can't also use the mount one because your ROM isn't ext4. But it was a good effort anyway.

By the way I don't use the ext4 mount you use
With the init.d scripts I know that they do not much atm, but I let them in for future editing else I will forget them.
They don't affect the ROM and thats why I didn't mentioned them yet in the features above.
I did not took so a close look at Nova but I saw you mentioned that you are working on a custom kernel.
Is there any progress?

I‘m asking that even you wrote that in the steps because Nova rom is 10a based and I flashed it directly from 11b lol.

You can try to flash directly, but do a wipe before, maybe you have to do a factory reset from the menu after flashing, too.
But this is the dirty way, tell me if this works for you.
I only guarantee for the clean and right way .
So when I flashed Nova, it was the “dirty“ way too ? Lol.

One small problem it seams that I can not connect to wireless network. (I come directly from Nova 1- clear cache, data and hard reset after reboot)
How can I get read of the player from notification bar?

Thanks for mirror. I couldn't connect to wifi neither (Error when activating), so I tried flashing the experimental kernel from NOVA (Noejn). Wifi works great now, although I don't know the bad side of having this kernel.

Nova kernel is still very experimental.
Like I said, when I have more time I'll start from scratch and work on it properly.
By the way PaY87, this ROM is using the kernel I compiled for Nova correct?

Added some fonts to make possible to read text/sms in arabic language
In order to save more battery it will be better to fallow this tricks:
1-always flash a ROM with fully charged battery
2-in settings/ wirless and network/wifi settings/advanced/wifi sleep policy / never
3-Accounts & Sync errase the "Background data" and "Auto-Sync"
A improved battery life can be seen after the second charge ... so be patient
ADVICES !!!
Before to flash any kernel or power pack try the rom coupeles days
so far i think that there is unnecesary to flash other kernels/packs

Stop asking this each time you see a new ROM... All ROMs are based on same leaked 20E or 20I, no no reason to have more langages in one compared to another.
Just wait a new version, people are talking about 20J todayy or better official GB update.

what version of ROM did you had before flash mine?... i think that you had a Ext4 version.... and if you would read carrefully you should know that you can´t flash a Ext 3 over a Ext 4. sorry about that but u may did something wrong durrin the flash process

To answer the question... After the total rebuild definitely stick with the SS-Series. I preferred Lithium up to this point (rebuild coming as well?).

Yes it is nothing I can fix, must wait on miui.china MIUI doesn't release source. just dont sync with FB Im about to take it off my phone it uses most battery when not even in use and notifications are turned off.

I am getting great battery life with streamline kernel....how is "NEO with FFC support" compared to it.
There extended settings for this beast or do I flash it again?? I didn't see extra settings in the list so I assume I need to flash it over? (ASS outta U and ME)

You need to flash extended settings separately. I don't include them anymore because they are sometimes buggy.
battery is amazing, i flashed this at 90% battery when you released it and havent charged my phone yet. at 34%. i dont really know how long its been. i think like 36 hours. but my math could be wrong.
Ok after searching and installing battery mods, i found tons of people are listing some as battery ONLY but there are tons of other things added. So i decided to try and make a few battery mods and will list photos that way people can see one and if they want it, then it will just be a easy flash thru clockwork.
The framework-res and systemui I used came out of the EL30 stock odex sleeper rom
I will be adding photos as I create them. Email me and i can email the file to you directly I don't know where to host files

yeah i wasn't big on it , but really don't like the one that replaced it standing up , there are to many smarter versions that show better discharge times....how does android 4.0 work on the epic? is it very buggy?

It works pretty fluently qbking77 has a video on it if you want a review.. not too many quirks to it its really something you have to tweak to help things work.

i'm pretty sure they also work on ei22.....just make sure you do a backup 1st if you try to verify

How about wifi in this rom? Is it stable?
I'm now on xxlq2 and although sometimes it works okay, the wifi easily got disconnected and the signal reception is really poor.. Maybe this rom is the solution?
Oh, and one thing, is it safe to flash this rom over xxlq2? I see my country use the same version with your rom so i hope flashing this that will bring the warranty back

I'm use Avira Antivirus Premium 2012 Scan this ROM have NO Virus in result.
BTW This App is free on play store, You can remove and re-download if you want.

I'm not sure about WIFI, because I'm never have any problem, please feedback to me.
I think it save to flash over xxlq2 but for best result, you may be flash DXLP7 first.

Oh yes, the rom also self reboots when flashed, so don't be alarmed if you are used to rebooting yourself.
Oh well...now I suddenly have 12gb free!

You added "This ROM will wipe data on system, cache and data."
That's not clear enough.....internal sd, aka /sdcard aka the 12gb that comes with the tablet is entirely wiped as well. You need to make that crystal clear.

Trust me, if my backup wasn't on external sd, I wouldn't be speaking so kindly to you.
And we have an extremely picky bunch of people here, if you know what I mean.
Honestly, if you have an update to this, I would recommend at the very least removing that reboot on finish command.

I will try to flash it as soon as i have courage then :fingers-crossed: I still wondering about if superbrick issues out there still haunteing ics roms.. As i have prob. with doing nandroid backup with my cwm..it stucks on some kind of data and not progressing...
Btw can you list all the improvement things you stuffed in your rom? I see there's etc. there, i think it will great to see all the improvement list, and much better if you screenshot things like benchmark result I wonder if you stuffed things like audio enhancement too :laugh:

I installed your ROM + Dedrak kernel + Aroma tweaks, in took a while to get rid of systemUI FCs, but now everything I use seems to be working fine
A couple of sugestions if you dont mind:
1- It would be great to start in english, most people understands, easier to change to our own language.
2- Please dont wipe in your next versions, it is a pain to do all again, even Titanium backups are wiped...
