In case anyone needs any ideas for a theme, I've been missing the theme that I had on my moto droid. It was the themed version of simply stunning 5.1. It looked substantially like the gingerbread theme that is current on Revolt 1.5, but the color scheme was blue and silver/gray.
If anyone wants to make this (preferably so that it's compatible with mtmichaelson's revolt 1.5 rom), I would be greatly appreciative, and would not hesitate to donate some beer money =D
I actually thought about doing this right after I got done with Iconic Revolted. Iconic Revolted is already a blue and silver theme. I used to be a "beta tester" for ChevyNo1 so I'll ask him if I can use his theme and see what he says. If he says it's ok then I'll jump on it sometime tonight.
That would be fantastic. I tried out your iconic theme, but I wasn't too big on the icons in the status bar - I've become too used to the smaller GB stock icons.

I just put red revolt on, and I love it ... just wish they would add a clear status bar ... I think he said he was working on that

And by the way, transparent statusbar is only able to be done on a gingerbread rom. And by saying "can we make a theme Chooser app." I assume you mean someone else make it and you get it for free?

Sorry didn't mean it like that...you do great work and I apolgize. The iconic wasn't my cup of tea, red revolt looks raw ... if someone were to make a theme Chooser for us I would pay for It only if it were on market ... (don't have PayPal)

Can you do a white and clear theme? Maybe light greyscale. I love the look of the blue theme but I'm not a big blue guy lol. Another idea would be a green theme but they are hard to achieve without looking cartoonish. If your real bored you could always try and redo the 5 quick function buttons on the notification drop down. You asked for suggestins lol

Yes, it'll work on the version of viper running dk17 (latest, as of today). Look for title of whichever rom's thread, where it will indicate.

Some Roms do a lot of work and mods of their own, making it hard to make them universal. My BattMod won't work with Viper yet and this has it built in. But, I will have one out for viper shortly... with or without the battmod. : )

The reason your battery mod don't work with viper is cause that rom is already themed. By adding the battery mod your replacing his framework.

I use Photoshop for editing the images. But if you don't know Photoshop, it will frustrate you. It still does me after 10+ years lol. I read a lot about Gimp being good, I haven't checked it out tho. http://www.gimp.org/downloads/
I'll make a useful list of links to guides for the diy'ers.

Totally I would love to see a clear theme all across the os. That would be awesome. Hey if you ever want custom icons let me know or send me a image you want changed. I don't know adroid framework, but I'm real good with photoshop and illustrator.

Iconic HD Revolted has been updated and fixed. Also added some extras! This build has been updated to flash over top of Revolt 1.5. If for some odd reason, you don't want to update to 1.5 then this will flash over 1.4 as well.

Found an iconic home, then revolted
Looks really nice I would change the text on the pulldown status bar to white though as the black on dark blue would be hard to read when just quickly trying to glance at it.. White would contrast much nicer.

Just download it from the market, you need to have either ADW or ADW EX for it to work. Then just go to the ADW settings and apply the theme.

UPDATE: Well so far I have the Camera app and the Desk Clock themed to match the rest of the ROM. Now just currently trying to work on the Calculator which is being a P.I.T.A. right now lol!
If you guys can think of any "system" app you want me to theme to match Iconic Revolted, just let me know. I'm only going to do System apps because it's too much to try and keep up with the updates of Market apps.

Edit: all I had to do to remove the stock music controls was freeze the stock music app... That was easy

Oh i have some bright pink ones! lol meezy im pretty sure you can do it yourself! However if you cant get to a computer tell me what style and i can get it done. For the record any of the ones posted work for 1.3 as lng as you arent on a theme if you are on at them this will mess with anything that is in framework-res.apk so flashing over a theme isn't recomended if you have one that you ant on a theme i can make that also but you people need to let me know.

ok this is my first attempt at theming and it seemed to have worked out nicely im planning on doing a bunch of updates as i love this theme and use it i intend to theme the dialer , contacts , and mms , and at some point the widgets like facebook and google search to match the theme , but this may take a while i know a few people requested this so here it is

+1 Release a matte version with the default 3G/LTE icons and I am all over it.
It doesnt kill it for me. Looks great! Just was curious if the icon changed with different service types.

Im not exactly sure how id do either of those... but i tried the center clock mod with the matte theme and the txt going over the clock wasnt doin it for me
