Help! Need stock dialer apk for bionic! - Motorola Droid Bionic

I was messing around trying to get a themed dialer on my bionic and forgot to make a backup of the apk. I was obviously not successful on my first attempt and need the stock dialer apk back. If anyone can post it, I would greatly appreciate it.

Black Glass Style Keyboard

For those of you familiar with the Black Glass X theme by 928Droid, I have ported some of the keyboard colors and images into the Bionic Keyboard.
Below are the screenshots along with the install for it.
This install package must be installed from Bionic Bootstrapper, which means you must be ROOTed. You also must be DeOdexed. My Auto-DeOdexer is in my signature.
I have this running on my phone from the install package, so I know it works. This does not mess with the swype keyboard at all. This only replaces the LatinIME.apk file which is for the standard Multi-touch Keyboard.
If you have issues, just let me know.
Again, as I always say, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you mess up your phone.... it's not my fault.
ENJOY!!!
I added the Factory LatinIME.apk install as well for those that wish to revert back to the factory grey.

Do no need root for this to install? Is it compatible with Swype?
Flashed with no problems, I love the look of it
Thanks

Yes you need root, because it flashes through CWM recovery via the bootstrap....and no, it just replaces the LatinIME.apk. Swype is a separate application.
Worked great thanks!!

Works beautifully with unleashed. Installed fine. Blends perfectly with the deblued mod. Thank you very much.

flashed this with cwm via bootstrap and nothing?
Ok... I guess I forgot to specify this in the OP... you must be DeOdexed in order to install any themed items. I will fix the OP to explain that better. If you are rooted, there is a link to my Auto-DeOdexer in my signature.

cool yeah that would help, thank you!
No problem!

What version of UNL3ASH3D were you on when you flashed this? I was on 1.1 and i lost the multi-touch keyboard altogether...had to re-flash the ROM.
Sent from my DROID BIONIC using XDA App
Installed 1.1 over 1.0, let v1.1 boot. Then, rebooted & installed. Never had issue whatsoever.
Im getting ready to flash v1.2. If I get frisky, I'll wipe and install fresh, and let you know if I have any trouble.

As far as I know, yes it is. I was replying to somebody else that was having issues with it and only assumed they had not DeOdexed yet.

If you just want to do some basic theming to framework-res.apk and systemui.apk all you really need is 7zip and a way to sign packages, I use Androidsigner.

.894 keeps trying to install - need to stop it

.894 keeps trying to update to my device and fails because of forever root. I know I don't want to update, but I need to find a way to stop this notification from popping up. Does anyone know a way short of unrooting and letting it update?
Sent from my DROID BIONIC using XDA App
If you want to keep root, I wouldn't. But if you really need to, take mount_ext3.sh and remove the lines of code forever root added.
Delete the files from the cache folder.

I think you need to use root explorer to be abler to see them there is two files in the cache folksy you will need to remove, both saying something about .894, I had the same issue with .893, removed those files and it stop annoying me.
Sent from my DROID BIONIC using xda premium
Ok, found an .apk in there that I deleted. The inly other file was what looked to be a log from .893
Sent from my DROID BIONIC using XDA App
I deleted it and it is still trying to update.
Sent from my DROID BIONIC using XDA App
Reboot after you delete it.
Sent from my DROID BIONIC using xda premium
You need to open root explorer and then go to /system/etc/security rename the file otacerts.zip to otacerts.zip.bak and then reboot your phone and that should do it. Hope this helps
If your stock .893 not rooted what does .894 do for you

Kill your root, that's all it was released for
If your not rooted it probably closes the exploit

Didn't work. Still trying to update. I don't think it ever installed it, it keeps trying to download it. Looks like I may have to sacrifice root. Any other ideas?

Titanium backup and freeze updater. Defrost when you need it.

It comes up as download of update failed. It is annoying because it will break into tasks. Say you are shooting a video, it will pop in and stop the recording.
Sent from my DROID BIONIC using XDA App
Did you delete both files related to .894 in the /cache folder?
The only things in /cache is downloadfile.apk, lost and found and a folder names recovery that has a logfile in it. I tried deleting downloadfile.apk several times and it keeps coming back.
Sent from my DROID BIONIC using XDA App
That apk shouldn't be there. At least I don't have that. Try renaming it to .bak on the end and rebooting.

I checked for downloadfile.apk and it stayed gone this time. It still tries to update. Will probably come back after reboot.

How to change stock dialer?

I have been trying to change the stock dialer and contacts in the 232 leak to the ones in CM9 but can't figure it out. I'm deodexed and figured all I had to do was replace the stock .apks with the CM9 ones, change the permissions to rrw-r--r-- then reboot. Needless to say it is not working. If anyone with more experience than me could help I would appreciate it very much. Thanks for any help.
