If you have attached sticker or something at top/reft of screen,
It would occur Black screen.
I want to call it "Illuminance sensor bug".
O2x has screen-off function to reduce battery drain while calling.
But screen couldn't be waken if illuminance sensor was turning off after calling.
You may have thought it was BSOD.
The solution is very simple.
Remove sticker or do out battery.
I recommend first way and It is not exactly bug.
PS: This only applies to sticker above illuminance sensor.
i dont see any sticker...

Who knows, they might not know that there is a proximity sensor...or it really exist, happens alot and I really don't know if you're on drugs or a sticker freak putting stickers on the front side of the phone. I would understand if its a screen protector but a sticker?

I guess sticker only, but a proximity sensor responds to a thin transparent tape like screen protector.
You can check this at Hidden menu/Device test/ ALC/Proximity Test.
Yeah mine does respond even with a screen protector, sometimes it would dim, but little cleaning and its ok.
thus is funny

With some sort of scratch-proof magic coating. Maybe we should just ask specifically for a titanium cover.
I'd like a backcover with a proper clear class for the camera, so the pictures won't come out all hazy and greyish as they do now..
As for colors:

Anyone know where we can purchase an original black/brown one? I dropped my phone on the pavement and now it has a nice scratch on the corner...I had literally just put it in a leatherette case not 10 minutes before so I guess I was lucky....

Just mask the middle up give it a light sand and paint any colour you want, just put plenty laqure on so it doesn't scratch easy.
Then custom colour it any way you want
My local LG just drop me a voice mail during holiday, it will cost US$11 for a replacement which I can pick up from LG service centre.

Hi guys,
Finally my GN arrived yesterday and I noticed two problems.
Fisrat one is pink spot on camera(just lik on my old sgs2) but i can live with it.
Second problem is a fairly serious,,
I just watched the video with a rather dark background and black is not black ..
it is gray with a lot shades of gray BUT when i go outside everything looks just fine.
What is going on with this avesome screen?
TNX
For your screen issue, redirect yourself here,

Everybody is facing this. It's a common issue; I presume it to be normal.
Pink spot in Camera? Lol, the last time I read about that were in the S2's.
However, that doesn't sound good. I am 98% sure that we all have the same camera firmware and I'm not having the pink; my shots are perfectly clear. Loving the panoramic views.
On topic--Post your camera firmware as well!
Where is your Galaxy Note made in, this may hint a better conclusion,
Lift the battery of your phone, and Read what it says on the sticker affixed on the back of the phone.
Currently, Korea, China, and Vietnam are the current factories assembling this phone.
Let us know.
Made in China,,anyway how to know my firmware?
My shots are perfect too but only on white background is pink spot.
How to check cam FW?
you can try dialing
*#*#34971539#*#*
and picking the first option "Phone/CAM FW Ver Check"
DO NOT PICK ANY OTHER ITEMS in that hidden menu, or you will F*CK UP your phone.
Okay..tnx.
Check this photo i am sure is good..

+10, yep I though this had something to do with the workings of NFC, because it is hardly a sticker . When and if I remove the rear screen protector I will remove it.

No. The NFC unit is built into the phone, removing the sticker doesn't cause any problems.

Yes you are right! NFC has a pretty low range than Bluetooth and placing it at the right spot should trigger the beam, slight movements can cause connection termination (i mean even a slight movement) so it's appropriate to show people where the chip is actually placed so you need not touch everywhere and see. That's what for the sticker is and after you know where it's placed, you can remove it safely.. I did too, no probs in that!

I'm glad they didn't, the NFC logo is one of the worst logos ever. I would have been very unhappy if I couldn't remove it
Hahaha wtf, for about 2 months I used to think that the NFC sticker on the back was the actual NFC chip and I was panicking because it kept getting scratched, then just about 5 minutes ago it sort of moved to an angle and I was like 'wtf, pretty sure a chip isn't meant to move like that'. Then I knocked it with my nail and it just fell off. Now I feel like an idiot haha, for the whole time I was doing the best I could to take care of it, now I've realized I've spent 2 months looking after a sticker...
Took a picture earlier and I noticed there is something odd looking towards the top part of any pictures I take. Even shows up when I have the camera up.
Time for warranty I suppose.

its the gods!
Get it replaced. Seems like an issue with the magic eye of the lens. It's probably damaged or a dirt got inside your phone and made it's way to the eye.
Or could you try to lightly tap the phone in your palm? It might get off the eye also but of course it's still there inside so kinda annoying.
