could you guys help? do I need a APP to do that? if yes what app is that?

My "wish" seems a little bit strange but let me explane.
I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab. Using the Tab as telephone is pain. So I searched for a cool solution and found this "QLA BR950S" quite cool toy. (Sorry, but I'm not allowed to post links)
Sadly there seems to be no possibility to buy this in Germany.
Now my question, is there any way to use my wm6.5 TD2 in a similar way as telephone client for my tab? Or as simple headset?
Or does anyone know a similar produkt available in Europe/Germany?
Any hint is welcome.

Title is self-explanatory, since we cannot get the app anymore on the newer watches from the Galaxy store, can someone get a .tpk of the app? It should work on the newer watches, I would really appreciate it!
