This patch is for all versions of root except the 0.3lpv1 (which shouldnt be used at all!) with a recovery image.
DO NOT USE THE GALAXY WALL PAPER, it will make your phone unstable and will require a reboot.
This patch does the following.
Deletes Teeter, and Stocks to make space in the system partition.
Deletes HtcLockScreen to enable Nexus One Lock Screen
Installs live Wall paper.
To use:
Download zip, and place in sdcard.
Boot into recovery.
Select flash from zip.
Flash the lwpupdate.zip.
Reboot phone.
Go to Applications -> Manage Applicatiosn -> HTC Sense
Select Clear Defaults
Press Home button
Select Home from menu.
Press the menu button
Live Wallpapers
Select nexus one wall paper
One it loads, reboot phone for better speed.

no not until 2.1 official i assume .....maybe someone can get it to run after u put it to sleep???
some do not time out exp the clock one does not time out even after reboot also downloaded some from the market-----living color works (no time out means works)mood papers -fireworks hmmmm I notice that all the ones that have no time out allow settings.
hmmm every single market app I downloaded works it's not a dream live wallpapers work with above method just download them from market or use default clock one

On Defiance 2.1 the lockscreen is working put not the live wallpaper and that's great cause i have been looking for that lockscreen.
EDIT: Live wallpapers work, not in sense but the lockscreen is workingin sense.
Works great for me on HTC Hero, VillainRom 5.0! Only issue is the graphics glitch on lock screen and about 2-3 of the live wallpapers don't run. Very good! Anyone know where I can find the nexus launcher?

If only the lockscreens are important for you, then use lockbot app
lockscreen issues are not due to the patch, but due to the ROM. It seems droid eris based ROMs are fine, but the legend and sprint leak based ROMs are screwed up.
This theme is for rbrucemtl's 'Fusion!ROM2.2', but currently only 5.1 and lower (although not tested on all of them). So will not work on the latest version. I do not plan on updating it, but the images are there in the theme for someone to take on and port to future versions of this ROM. Sorry to all that have been using it, but I don't have the time these days to keep on top of it.

All, bar a few of the images have been ported from the Galaxy S ROM. There are a couple of my own minor additions in there also. They have all been resized and 9.png'd so took some time to get them right.
Please note: I do not have that much time to do this sort of thing and I am not planning on updating it further as what I have is enough for me, but If someone else wants to take this and run with it, by all means be my guest
So... attached will give you a rough idea of what is themed. I have also themed the Desk Clock, and included modified notification icons for the Market and Messaging apps. I haven't included the icons you'll see for the apps, as haven't had a chance to update them all so thought better to leave them all out rather than have them half complete. However, I can suggest the 'Gala S' theme for 'ADW Launcher'. That will theme all the apps to the Galaxy S icons.
To achieve the look please follow the below:
Flash the attached theme 'Hero-GalaxyS-0.1.zip' (see below the post) from whatever recovery you are using.
You will then need to change following to white text (or other) in Spare Parts, or the CM Settings:

Date
Carrier PLMN
Carrier SPN
Notifications ticker
No notification title
Ongoing notification title
Latest notification title
Items title
Items text
Items time
Then as you will see in the screen shots I am using the 'TouchWiz' Launcher. I have not included this but you can obtain it from here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=735632. All credit to the guys who made that possible. It runs very smooth and is actually pretty damn good.
Please note: Samsung Widgets are not included.

Hmmm, I guess the framework is not transparent across all 2.2 ROMs. I have updated the thread to specify that this now only be for 'Fusion!ROM2.2' as that is what I am using it on and have not tested it on any other.
looks a greatheme, but boot loops on froyodvillain, hopefully some one can port this to it as i really want this theme.

I think it's due to the framework, although both are 2.2 ROMs some of the devs modify certain files in there or they differ from they way it's built. So the theme would have to be made for each ROM. Sucks really.
On another note, it doesn't really work that well on FryodVillain as for some reason they have removed the options to change the text colour of the Clock, Date etc... so you just end up with a black clock in the task bar and some black text in the pull down menu. I'm not sure why they did that. I guess to make it as less like CM as possible :S

Both the i9000 and i5800 work fine on the Hero. Although the i5800 has a better fit on the icons and text in the app drawer. Both have the same features, so it's what you prefer really.
It will prob boot loop on any CM at the mo. I think once a final version comes out it'll be much easier to get a theme ready for any ROM, but in their current states, with constant updates it's difficult to keep up
Still the files are there ready to play with for anyone who may want to.

Which 'nightly' are you using? And do you just want the Lockscreen or the the rest of the framework?

i don't think it matters which nightly you theme because cynageon i dont think changes any of the framework so you wont need to keep updating the theme evry night when theres a new one :L

With regards to the Lockscreen, I am not sure that can work either as it integrates with other Samsung apps, Phone, Messaging etc. However, as of yet I can't even find where it is in the ROM dump . If you get anywhere with it or the widgets let me know

No not at all
I did originally do a version for FroydVillain, but they have not included the CM options to change the colours of the Clock, Date etc... so with the dark notification bar it looks a bit odd, not so much for the date but the clock looks like a blank space. Maybe someone there can edit the relevant xml file to change it or find a way to add in the CM Settings into the ROM.
I really hate the lockscreen on my O2X. It's laggy and slow.
Is there a simple way to change it to the default froyo/gingerbread one?
I've seen some widget programs that change it, but im afraid this takes up CPU/Mem.

search for lock in a market
Widgetlocker works good for me. It has planty of good themes avaliable so you can make it look exactly as you want it.
Search for the "stock patch pack - AOSP - style lock screen" by Paul in the development forum. You will need ClockWorkMod, though.

People say it uses a LOT of battery... even on the app in the marked. I think that android it self uses enought battery as it is...
Change the LG launcher. It will improve the speed of all animations.

if u are willing to use an app for that...
then,i suggest u to get an app called 'Lock bot pro' from the market.
it'll give u several options for lockscreens(iphone,SE,HTC,galaxy-s etc.)
i myself using it with TW4 on my O2X
(down bellow i've provided 2 original shots of SGS-II and 2 shots of my O2X just for ur refrence)

I've tried simply lock screen and ripple lock, both actually were not successful in hiding LG's lockscreen after a reboot.
Is Lock bot Pro able to stay even after a reboot?

no...this happens with the lock bot pro as well.
but how many times one has to reboot his device
i think its just fine to get it set up quickly again after reboot.(just my opinion)
and by setting up i mean u just have to open the app just once to get it working again...easy enough i guess
EDIT : i just checked with the new version of lock bot pro...it does not go back to the original LG lock screen after reboot.it is persistent.

Oh ok, got it. I though it was just me.
well there's widget locker, which allows you to choose between multiple styles and allows you to customize every aspect of your lock screen, you can also add widgets directly to the lock screen!!
besides that it is persistent, so it activates automatically when you turn on the phone

I actually tried WL last night, and you're right, it is persistent! Upon boot, the LG lockscreen appears. But after a few seconds, WL automatically overtakes it. Awesome app and well worth the money!

I have tried lock bot pro....but however was not entirely satisfied with it....isnt there any other way to get this lockscreen like how we have the sense style lockscreen coming in as an installer package???

our XDA devs need to be aware of his request,i hope some dev is reading this

well, first of all, LB Pro does not show you missed call and messages count on the lock screen which i think is very important for me as i tend to keep my mobile in silent mode at office....
The themes in LB Pro doesnt show anything which relates to SGS II however i could find only SGS, maybe i am dong something wrong
Thirdly i could not figure out a way to change the wallpaper for that lockscreen...maybe u can help me with these

ohhh...well,if u want notification alerts then widget locker is the best for u...
and u can get many themes specially made by using WL on XDA(thers special 20 pages thread here)
however....
to set desired wall paper...
open 'my themes' click on menu key,then u'll get playlist...click on galaxy s LS.
u'll get the sevral options there like edit,copy,clock,background wallpaper etc.
just edit the way u want it.

but on LB pro u can see ur miss calls,sms and mails...coz they are visible on topmost scrolable notification bar...so i dnt think u'll miss any...

I love my HTC One but awfully hate the black pattern lock screen.
Is there a Chance to mod it so i can change the wallpaper of the pattern lock screen or perhaps make it transparent?
I tried out the go locker but unfortunately thats not so battery friendly.
I would be very thankful if someone can help me with that.

Yeah, same for the app-draw would be nice.
I tried unpacking the APK for sense but the framework stuff didn't all decompile. I don't fancy re-packing it on the offchance (assuming I found what to change) and bricking my device

it seems that no one knows a solution for this kinda problem
so i have to use go locker again
the app draw transparency you can also get with a launcher like nova launcher
Those lockscreens(pattern, face unlock, pin & password) came with google's default framework. No OEM vendor is allowed to alter those parts of android at all. So request this on google itself.
