my phone is HTC p4350,the SPL is 4.70.YANG, but now i want to flashing the
HTC Official's windows mobile 6.1 ROM the ROM's name is HTC_P4350_WWE_4.17.405.2_4.1.13.44_02.94.90_Ship.e xe .but now my phone's ROM is chinese rom ,the SPL is not 1.0000000 ，so how can i to drop my SPL to 1.0000 ,i want to flashing the HTC official's rom ,how can i do ? please help me ,thanks
Don't. Just take out the SPL from the official ROM and then use that. Since when do they have an official 6.1 ROM??
Dear all I bought new Blackstone from Egypt and i am not satisfy with the Egyption original rom and i am willing to update the rom but i don`t want to lose the waranty by updating the SPL
is there awy to update ROM without flashing the SPL to HSPL same like the Trinity ?

Use the USPL. Another possibility is to flash HSPL and re-flash the stock SPL afterwards.

hio bro if u want to flash custom roms or cooked roms you will have to flash either USPL or HARDSPL.
Please read on the WIKI on both of these and decided if you want to flash or not. Also the threads for HARDSPL AND USPL is also stickied above
Please use the WIKI great source of information is there for everything you need to know about HD .

I'd dumped the same ROM version and posted it a few weeks ago, but didn't quite get the same reception as you:

But anyway, my file size is slightly different from yours (a few KBs), I wonder why?... have you tried flashing your device with the original ROM, does it work?
Can you compare the remaining the numbers, are they all the same?

The Orange rom hasn't changed for months. They've had two versions since release.

hi i might need to reinstall the original rom on my phone for warranty purposes - so am grateful it is here - unfortunately i cannot remember what the original spl was having since installed a hspl to flash some cooked rom's - can anyone tell me what the original spl was with this so i can reinstall it.

I noted the original SPL as 1.14 on my stock orange. Just about to redo mine from a 1.56 HSPL version, as the screen has gone again! Grrr, hopefully works!

HSPL 1.14 is to be used for all roms based on pre 1.56
HSPL 1.56 is to be used on all roms based onm 1.56+
Hopefully this will stop future screen issues
Thanks wasn't the differing colour screens BTW, I meant the touch had stopped responding, had to downgrade before sending back to Orange. 2nd Touch HD that has broken on me with the same problem! And BTW I used the ROM on this thread and it was an orange 1.14.22273... Not 1.19?1! Got the new one, and going to make a backup of the ROM which IS a 1.19...

Which Hspl do you have?
If you have Hspl 1.56 you may flash direct the Tim rom and flash stock spl(1.13) or flash Hspl 1.14, after Tim rom and at finish stock spl!
Also if you have Hspl 1.14, flash rom tim and then stock spl!
