Does anyone else notice the vibrate is really weak? I can barely feel it for incoming phone calls or texts. Is there an app that can increase its strength?

I don't think it's weak, it's just different.
Several text apps and I believe light flow let you change the vibrate patterns.

I think this phone has one of the most powerful vibrate (probably because of its size)
I did notice the stock vibrate for SMS was weird, but I use GO SMS and the vibrate is very robust
Thanks guys, I will check those out!

Hey what's the reasoning behind occasional, I think after some calls when I adjust the volume or something after the call the volume is through the earpeace. The fix is to get in a call and hit speaker and adjust your volume then it goes back to normal. What's the dealio?

I don't understand what you're doing. What are you doing by leaving your earphones plugged in while you're on a call? (I'm assuming that you don't use these earphones on the actual call).
Earpiece, not headphones. Like you know. The phone has 2 speakers, front and back.

Although I dont have my captivate any longer, I used to have this problem all the time with my captivate. I always used DG roms but I am sure it was hardware related instead of rom related. You probably do not want to do a warranty exchange but it might fix it, I've been through 5 of them before moving to another phone.
I can't remember if its on other roms. I don't think its hardware related or it would happen more then not and it rarely happens and I can't replicate it plus it was a easy fix to get back to normal. Deffinately software bug if you ask me. Just wish I could replicate it.

It did it today. In the country, dropped a call then everything came out of the earpiece not speaker. Fix is to call, hit speaker then hang up.... ??? Why does it do this? Its been along time since it happened last but I'm still curious.

Anyone else having issues with headset buttons not working? I can't get it to react using Doggcatcher, and have to elevate the handler priority in PowerAmp. I have frozen the Voice Command app too.

I guess the audio handling in Android 2.3.4 is messed up again :/

Raising the handler priority isn't even working for me...
Does anyone else use Do It (tomorrow)? It plays a ringtone on this device instead of the page flip sounds it normally makes. Can someone verify?

I am running CM 10.1 and a lot of my calls are muted from the start. Usually I can just call back and they can hear me fine, but it is getting rather annoying. Is this a network problem or a phone problem?
I have tried clearing the cache and data of the phone app but that did not help.
Thanks!

This is a problem a lot of people run into on 4.2 Roms. Whenever you boot your phone up call voicemail right away and you won't have the problem until you reboot your phone

Has anyone figured out how to make the phones notifications vibrate and sound at the same time?
Sent from my SM-N900P using xda app-developers app
Or at least able to change the vibration pattern ?

Yes, anyone? There is in the meniu selection for vibration, but when I receive calls or notification it only play sound. No vibration. When I choose vibration profile it vibrates. There is no vibration and sound at the same time?
Sorry for double post but does anyone can confrim this? Is it hard to write yes/no
+1

I guess it is not possible at the moment.
We have to wait for Samsung to implement it in the future.
