some things you have to think of:
"Radio Software Version 5.51.09.06a_22.30.50.09U" depends on the location where the phone is sold (numbers don't say anything on radios )
"Firmware Revision Number 2250.09.11901.207" most likely due to OEM (t-moes , o2 , etz)

No. The operators cannot customize the interface. Even the manufacturers cannot customize WP7. It was only simlocked.
Hello,
I am very new to this and I don't want to ruin my phone trying different ROM's without knowing what they do. I know people before me have probably tried many of the different ROM's to find the best one. If someone knows the best ROM to use to un-brand my T-Mobile HD7 and also to update my radio's for the better I would really appreciate a point in the right direction.
It is an unlocked T-Mobile HD7 but I am living in Canada and I am using it with WIND Mobile if that makes any difference, I'm not sure.

Hi,
Normaly you can't but there is an invention like "goldcard". It is the only way to install unbranded ROM. I did it and it is quite easy. Try to read about it.
Regards
What's tha difference?

Hi guys,
I just got a US T-Mobile HD7 and it came with NoDo pre-installed, but I want to downgrade it to a Pre-NoDo ROM so I can do the unlock, but the threads about this subject aren't clear so I got some questions, hope you can help me:
1: The "TMOUS" on ROM's stands for "T-Mobile US"?
2: Beside a Stock Pre-NoDo ROM, do I need something else to do the downgrade?
3: That ROM Will fit for my case?: RUU_Schubert_TMOUS_1.54.531.02_Radio_5.51.09.29a_22.32.50.10U_by_ansar.zip

Since the at&t version just came out, you are probably gonna have to flash an unbranded rom or wait until one for at&t is made

Hi All,
I Have bought an AT&T HD7 with specs below:
Model: HTC HD7 T9295
Carrier: AT&T
Software: Windows phone 7.5
OS version: 7.10.7720.68
Firmware revision number: 2250.21.40505.502
Hardware revision number: 0002
Radio software version: 5.69.09.29a_22.50.50.21H
Radio hardware version: A.24.0.D4
Bootloader version: 4.5.2250.0(129185)
I succeed in running internet, but only Edge not 3G. wit official ROM
I have then patched with "RUU_Schubert_HTC_Europe_1.60.401.01_Radio_5.52.09.16_22.33a.50.10_Signed_SCHUBERT_RELEASE"
It just added european languages but still can't have 3G running.
Any help (or explanation) will be much appreciated.
read... read... read and search
the att uses 1900MHz for 3G, while in the rest of the world (including Europe) use 2100MHz, so your problem is a Hardware problem, there is no way you can run 3G in Europe or anywhere outside the US (well, not anywhere, but a very little part of the world)
