Not an option...
Closed sources, different hardware.

There is a Sense-like skin for Froyo, now it's all about GB so that's history. You can have HTC keyboard (which I, as ex HTC user find the best out there) but anything else - why bother? Pick a launcher, get some widgets, alternative dialer and sms apps (GO apps on Market)

Download gb leaked rom and apply erestor‘s sense morpher theme

Difference is hardware related. Let me know when you find a sense phone with a tegra 2. So again no its not possible. Then again why would you if you have miui and cm7
Did you even try miui?

ive tried both, cm7 and miui, but they seens to bee little laggy(cm7 is not so fast as it is on the desire)
so now i am running stock gb, runs fine(there is no better snappier rom in my opinion)
but. other thing. that is not clear, how is that with that g2x and o2x related stuff? is the only difference the partiton layout and the baseband? ive seen an nice g2x rom to play with,
edit: is there not an cleaner rom than cm7? or must i suposed to wait to cm9?

Hhmmm, miui is really snappy here so it might just be you? Modaco runs fast as well btw

Galnet ICS

Android version says 4.0.1. I'd post a screenshot but my xda app crashes. Check it out

You think these are really ICS-based?

Miui is based on Cyanogenmod, cyanogenmod is not on ics yet therefore this is not ICS.
They used the ics framework i think.
(Correct me if im wrong on this)

Yep. I believe you're right. Could be just framework and they bumped up the version number.
Here are some reads: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1348394
http://www.galnetmiui.co.uk/landing....2-for-i9000-i9100-and-i897-available-to-test!
After reading through the ICS thread it looks to me like this is a hybrid of GB + ICS. From what I understand, it's ICS framework on GB core. But I have no knowledge up to what extent. I've been trying it out for more than a day now and it looks good so far.

MIUI GB users

Hello,
Some while ago i tried MIUI 2.4.6, but it was laggy, scrolling was not very smooth, had some delay opening apps compared to CM7 and gps did not work very well. I see there are 2.4.20 out, maybe someone using it? How is it?
Or maybe someone could suggest MIUI rom and kernel which is fast, smooth and stable? Thanks.
Noone is using miui? really?

hELLO,
I use MIUI Ginger,
You just have to flash an other kernel CM7/MIUI kenel like Etana one. and it will go smoother.
Try the wiui rom on the development section. It fixes those problems

+1 on that.
been using wiui for quite a while, and its quite stable.
But the fastest one imo is galnet miui. however i think wiui is a bit more stable

[Q] What is the most stable ICS Rom today for Optimus X2

Hi guys just want your help in recommending the most stable ics rom for optimus x2. i do not own this device and a friend of mine wants to try ics. thanks in advance.
ICS still dont have Hardware acceleration on the 2x (shame on nvidia).
So, the question is what your friend expects from ICS and what he want to do with it.
So, "the best" or the most stable might be a matter of taste and usage.
the ics rom with the least bug atleast
Optimus 2x still no official build. So still unstable wait untill they release the official build.

to continue using the stock like feeling with amazing performance, battery life....and most importantly stability...flash the Django Manouche 1.5 RC3...you can choose, from a lot of Kernels, apps, features with the aroma installer....
See my signature for reference...
i reccomend paranoidandroid jellybean flavoured...
Eagles blood ics with harsh kernel has been very good even though I have to say just Eagles blood ics without any special kernel seems to be better battery life.

I agree! I use it and it's really nice, with very few bugs, I think that stock Gingerbread have more bugs than Paranoid Android
I've installed CM7 and it's been working out nicely for me.
Cm7 + etana= smooth, fast, battery Life!

to be honest i don't see the point getting CM10.x and wanting all the stock stuff....
maby you could try a different kernel like iodak/werewolf on your stock rom. To get a lot of settings done on the cpu/gpu side.
it will improve your batterylife and preformance in my opinion and still having all the "great" options from stock.
just my 2 cents.
Wim
Now that i think, you are totally right, it havnt any point change to aosp like CM, and conserv stock stuff.. What i want to, is to have a better rom, improve the battery, something smother and diferent, Than my Phone go faster that it can, conserving those kind of stuff that i mentioned before. You recomend me to install a diferent kernel? On a OS stock 4.1.2? How can i do that? Or if you know a rom with all The caracteristics that i want to, but whit The versión 4.2.2 o if is 4.1.2 be something that you can say: WOW i love it *-* Jaja.
Thanks
