Guys this is my second rom for the HTC Incredible S im still in the learning phase but i made this rom for myself for my convienience and i am sharing it with you all. This rom is built by me alone with a hell lot of time spent so if you dont like the rom please switch over to other rom .. share your reviews and we'll try to make it better.My first rom was built in collaboration with newtoroot on the MikRomsforum but was removed due to discontinued Incs development by newtoroot . This rom will be developed till its perfect . I will try to give the updates every week but .. If not possible the Update will be surely provided in two weeks if necessary. i dont like to keep flashing roms and setting up every rom to my preference everytime. So if its not a major update small patches will be provided

Adjust any volume through quicksettings options watch the video to know how to use it or just keep clicking over the volume icon of Media Volume or Ringer Volume in quicksettings and you will see it .
HTC logging removed (So that you are safe no personal info sent to HTC )
Friendstream working ( Facebook , Twitter , Flickr , Plurk )
Longpress Quicksetting takes you to Menu of Specific item you clicked on. (Atleast most of them do go )
Video player plays most of the file formats and support Dolby , SRS & HTC 5.1 Surround Sound
Sandtimer widget added
BlueSKy, Burgundy themes added . Notice that these themes are not fully built as yet so when you use any one of the theme and go to widgets you wont see any widget icon whereas in default theme there is no such problem
Quicksettings also includes Wireless ADB,Power Effieciency
Beats audio Startup & Shutdown screens added.
Internet Pass Through works, Update to the latest HTC Sync and then use it
Ram tweaks for Speed & Performance added. Battery saving tweak added.
Take Screenshot with Home button + Power button
3G & Wifi speed tweaks added .i was observing lower speed on previous runnymede rooms that i used.
Future enhancements : ( These will be surely worked on in the future releases )
Auto Brightness has been tweaked by me to work correctly as possible but still the feature is not fully available as there is a problem with the Services.jar if you notice a battery drain with auto brightness , try with the normal brightness and report
CRT not added as it disables Keyboard lights
Burst mode in Camera not working needs stock kernel ZSL ( Zero Shutter Lag issue )
When camera is held in landscape mode buttons dont rotate only rotate when panorama activated
I have observed that updating the su binary is causing a lot of force closes as reported on xda by many members so please dont update your su binary in SuperUser apk
This rom is bugfree except these mentioned bugs. i have atleast tried to make it bugfree but if you find any bugs please let me know . i will try and clear them as soon as possible
For now i advise you please dont flash any patches provided in some other runnymede roms . if any bugs persists after flashing a particular patch please dont report . i will be making patches for various mods myself and will posting them. If you try any themes or mods and find them working perfectly report in the thread i will post it in the mods post after me myself trying it .
Installation Instructions :
I RECOMMEND A FULL WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET & WIPE DALVIK Cache.
1.Enter ClockworkMod Recovery ( Recommended ) or 4ext
2.Perform a Nandroid backup for safety ( personal decision whether to backup or not )
3.Perform Full Wipe Data / Factory Reset
4.Perform Wipe Dalvik Cache
5.Make sure you place the ROM .zip file at the root of your sd card before you start the flashing process.Perform Install by zip and choose the Rom zip
6.Njoy the Rom
NOTE :
The first boot may take a while so please wait and dont start restarting the phone or remove battery or anything
After rom has booted up give the rom time to settle down like go into different menus and submenus till the rom settles down and you feel the speed
Go to Settings ---> Privacy ----> Tick Backup my settings --> Untick Automatic Restore & then untick Backup my Settings
Feel the difference & enjoy the rom .. Do tell me your review and click the Thanks button if you like my rom

Wow you have made a lot of progress. I was monitoring the progress over on Mik's site before newt took the IncS forum offline and you have fixed a lot of the issues that I remember seeing over there.

Yes full wipe needed .. Htc One V no face unlock but as we have a front facing camera enabled we will have it soon ..

When you say native htc hotspot in bugs,does this mean it can be made to work by an aftermarket app. ? This matters to me as i have no internet access without it. Awesome work as always Nik thanks for another great rom!

HOW TO FLASH???
We deleted the applications and files that will make firmware compatibilities .. This means that you can flash the rom on any firmware you want ..​
Reflash your current firmware via ODIN Software ..
Take a Reset Factory Settings - This is optional .. but will have you the best of HydroPeria
After Media Scanning Completed , Go to RECOVERY MODE
Then flash the Rom on it .. (NOT ON CWM .. but i think you can) I just used Recovery mode whenever i flash the rom
After Recovery Says, "Complete" , wipe your data and cache ..
Then Restart
Enjoy!

im brand new
been running with my beloved galaxy note for 2 years now. it finally got stolen(living in south africa and all) and now i downgraded to the pocket. so far i think this is the best rom ive seen for the pocket. flashing right now! do u guys have some sort of a list or something of all the roms seeing as theres no dedicated thread? (WEAK!!)

i love it! okay just a few things.
i struggled to add more thatn one google account. had to restart the phone after each account in order to get the add account button to respond in settings
i seem to have extremely bad reception, was on HYPERION1 before this and signal quality was superb. now after flashing and upgrading to this rom(v2) i have very weak signal. is there a radio change of some sorts between the 2 roms?

btw i did what you say. Unzip And Merge Them Together than Using Winarar ,Archieve The Files To A zip Archive Using Best Compression but the process failed

Okay
1. Unpack The files .
2.Merge them together to get the following
data{folder}
meta-inf{folder}
system{folder}
extra{folder}
boot.img{Kernel}
check_busy_box{script}
3.Make a new winzip archieve {.zip}
4.Open It and drag the folders from step 2 to it .
5. Set compression method to best .
6. Flash Enjoy

i think it may be a problem that the first time i flash
i select the bravia engine in aroma
and the rom was so laggy
the second time i just select nothing and it becomes very smooth
i think maybe it has some problems with the bravia engine?
hope that u can look into this
by the way i actually did not know the effect that bravia engine brings
can anyone tell whats the differences?

this is my first ever successful rom port, but it works a treat and its very fast and smooth
About ROM:
Pretty much your basic every day CM10, but has a lot of transparency
and notification bar has been modded with center clock
also has CRT Off Animation

- Put zip on your SD Card, Rom & Gapps zips
- Boot into your Custom Recovery
- "wipe data/factory reset"
- "wipe cache partition"
- "advanced" > "wipe dalvik cache"
- Flash rom-zip with "install zip from sdcard" > "choose zip from sdcard"
- Flash Gapps with "install zip from sdcard" > "choose zip from sdcard"
Reboot[/B]
[B] P.S - you don't need to flash gapps- they are included
But if you Flash Gapps you will be able to Update Play Store and Google Now

na, no boot loops or problems
just saw that rom by penguin and wandered if it was related to this
also i was asking about my jellyfish, it has an extras folder from the CM10base by cute-prince
nothing appears to load from it, so was wandering why and how to get stuff to load from extras folder

I have a problem in the installation of rom!!!!!
step1 :
I wipa all and install the rom from sd card then the rom install and restart the device after install the rom
step2 :
the device restarted then the device appear the logo of htc and the device stoppedon this logo and don`t go on the rom
what can i make to setup this rom?

Did you flash a kernel? Read the OP and flash the correct kernel. Will probably solve the issue.

Sorry you have had problems, but yes. Flash a boot kernel, like prometheus

nice work!! voice input even works, an issue with cyanogenmod10.
is there a way to adjust or turn off the transparency? on some menus for apps and settings, the text cannot be seen as it is set.

unfortunately the transparency is is what makes this rom a bit different, cannot be turned off easily, you could try a theme from the play store see if it makes any difference
