Sorry for non french users, this is a Paris specific utility (to use the Public Bike transportation System called VELIB)

Je suis en train de developper un petit utilitaire pour Pocket PC nommé VelibNET pour mes besoins personnels. Mais si cela vous interesse, je pensais le partager.
Pour l'instant, les fonctions disponibles sont les suivantes :
-Gestion Stations Velib Favorites (avancement : 10%)
-Localisation Station Velib la plus proche via GPS (avancement : 90%)
-Recuperation info Live Station Velib (bornes libres, velo disponibles etc...)(avancement : 100%)
-interface "Finger Friendly" (gros boutons)
- marche sous WM 6.1 et framework CF.NET 3.5
- Pocket PC (WM Pro) seulement pour l'instant
Je le mettrai à disposition d'ici peu, le temps de finir les fonctions basiques, mais en attendant, je voulais votre opinion, sur les options necessaires pour que cet utilitaire vous soit aussi utile pour vous autant que pour moi.
Donc si vous avez des idées que je pourrais integrer, n'hesiter pas à les partager.

this post was designed specificly to HELP people in and around paris. why would you take offence after reading that to find that the rest of the post was in french?

1) It is a great idea would love to use it (tell me if you need beta test help)
2) as Paris is a multi-lingual and Velib is used a lot by tourists as well , maybe a french / english version would be good
3) a integartion in google maps would be mega cool, like find next Velib station and show free bikes
4) may you can integrate a minute tracking of bike usage to give a payment statistic with a simple start / stop timer ?

My real name is Rod and many people call me HotRod; however, HotRod was already taken as a name in this forum so I chose HotRod101 - I chose the numbers 101 as many people in Canada at least who go to university have taken some classes that end in 101 like Geography 101, or English 101 or Computers 101 - it is a pretty common number for introductory level courses in University. When I first joined, I didn't know much about WM devices (Introductory level learner of WM Devices) and seeing as I am here to first learn as much as possible and also help others by teaching a little of what I know I thought it would be a good nickname

My nick is because music group The Orb wich I love since 12 and the 3000 number is because when I was creating my account in Yahoo several years ago it won´t let me to create such a short nick name, so I added the 3000 just to be different as everybody was creating their accounts with the year of that time

And the nickname my friends gave me is Dave, which is short for David (and it's also shorter to type on my awful, awful laptop keyboard). So it's really not a difficult user name to understand if you know your HTC devices.

well, lets see: there is a KX500, a KTM exc 530 motard and my DRZ, then the bike in the carport area is my buddies Yamaha something-or-other cruiser. And two Grizzly 660's, a John Deere R and a red-bone hound somewhere near this backdrop. And By the way, I live in the Pacific NORTHWEST! Outside Seattle actually. I got way too many hobbies...
Some mine
1st.- At the ZOO ( that monkey drops all the fruit I bough for them he only want the worms! )
2nd.- My birthday, we've been at some coffee, evening, drinking some ice cream and laughin about the past... my girl and I last year we were 24 years old.
3rd.- At the job... my face is like this smily isnt it?
4th.- On vacations few weeks ago we went to Guanajuato! the city of the mummies!!!! he is the PIPILA a warrior of our history ( well he wasnt a warrior for the independece he was a farmer... but) non of the rebelion soldiers has the GUTS!!! to make Xplode the armory warehouse so... he tooks a big rock and run with it on the back and trow a bomb into the warehouse... he lives because of the rock on his back... amazing isnt it?
5th.- Me and my girl (and the sun!) at our back the Guanajuato City.

Yes there is a good story. I work in construction, more specifically I am a welder/mechanic. I built a heavy steel box around a fuel tank to service some generators running our dewatering pumps. The company owner took the tank on a saturday, filled it full of AV gas and fueled his helicopter. Never said anything in the mean time about it having gasoline in it and just dropped it off like nothing had happened. I was finishing welding monday morning when the tank exploded. It blew apart my left ulna, destroyed my welding helmet and blew me about 10 feet across the shop.
The neighbors came running as I was putting the fire out with one arm. I had to sit in the ER for 5 hours because they didnt know it was a compound fracture until I started leaking blood all over. Three surgeries and a staph infection later I am fine though!

I do freestyle motocross. used to ride for Zinjer Motorsports ( a monster truck company in the middle east) and they were sponsored by redbull. Did a couple shows with them all over the middle east (dubai, abu dhabi, kuwait city, doha qatar, khobar jeddah riyadh jubail saudi arabia.)
Moved to texas after i graduated highschool in 2003.
That's my Taurus 24/7 Pro 9mm. Currently saving up for a Springfield armory EMP .40 as a carry weapon, but we'll see if the touch pro 2 is released soon and would probably grab that before the EMP.
The knife is a gerber paraframe.
