Very very ugly!!

I might use it if it were optimized for the size of the status bar with cleaner looking lines, ie not auto resized by android

what difference does it make if they are optimized for ONE specific screen resolution? you do realize depending what device you are on, it will have to re-size it anyway.
this happens with ALL STOCK IMAGES.
so again, why wouldnt you use them, Mr. 35 posts?

Wow, holy **** first of all settle down.
It must be the compression on your screenshot making it look a little off. I'll give it a shot.
And what does my post count have to do with anything? That is completely irrelevant.
ok swearing is a no no here.and assuming that they wont work rather than asking isnt the best policy either.
also it wouldnt be the compression of the image posted rather the fact that it shows almost tripple actual size.
I don't see anything in the Forum Rules about cursing.

How would you like to take the ownership of your mobile phones to the next level?
You've customized your phone with a unique ROM from a very good chef.
You've installed your own personal apps.
You've moded your UI according to your taste.
Well, how about putting a seal on it with your own photo in an artistic way!
I present the.....

Just send me a close up photo and...
(sorry guys, I have to ask for this)
a USD$ 5 donation for the effort.
Don't flame me for this.
It takes a little time & effort to convert your photos into this.
If you're not up to it, you can still have my previous bootscreens for free.
You can get them here.
Yup, I can still customize it for you free of charge by putting your name on it instead of your photo.
Deal?
Big Thanks.

can also be used as S2U2 wallpaper
let me guess...
it's either everybody wants everything for free
or
nobody wants to share their photos.

im talking about iconinzing your photos. (orig photo to vector)
but maybe you're right
good idea dude, been doing my personal stuff for a while too... but why not create different png images with the transparent photo box so the users can just add their photos of choice themselves?
LOL
This is my personal bootscreen.
png or jpg to vector
I'm sorry, but a "donation" of 5 (!!!) $ is much to high.
Shouldn't be better if you make a tutorial, so people can do it by them self?

I Like how your location on XDA is ""Not Tellin!"
So, hows St Helens?
Mine is attached - I am working on a launcher theme for ADW so the dock is very incomplete!
Although I am sure there may be one of these that exists already, not sure though!
I prefer the minimalist look...

Nice icons, and thanks for linking
What font is that btw? or is that default on your phone?
NVM, it is Comfortaa. Just looks better on a WVGA screen not HVGA!
With the launch of Launcher7 (a Windows Phone 7 style launcher), I began making some icons to put on my homescreen. I decided to put the icons on the net and make them available for everyone.

Love the contribution and I dont mean to criticize but they could definitely use some work for sure! I happen to make icons all the time and they need work put some more time into them good luck fellow icon designer! To much of flat standard box icon use some beveling maybe or a glow effect or something original.

I know the icons are simple. Verrryy simple. That's the point. They are for the Launcher7 Windows Phone 7 style launcher, hence the simplicity. I do plan to add more icons in other styles later. The icons that are currently available are ones I made for my personal use with Launcher7 (in keeping with WP7's simplicity) and I just thought I'd share. I do appreciate your support though and thanks for the feedback.
Very nice, waiting for it. The normal App-Icons are ugly in the Launcher7.
Hi Guys, I am a noob developer. I just made my first app. It is very basic. It just tell time out loud when you press the button. It is very basic Here is the Link.

Try it out, and tell me things that will make me better. If you think it is good than please rate it, and leaving a comment saying so on the market. If you think it sucks, than please send me an e-mail or PM about why you think so. Thanks!
Tried it. Couldn't get it to do anything though. When I press it it doesn't tell me anything. Other than that, unless its just me, I would suggest making it into a widget. If it were a clock widget that you could press to hear the time (for those sunny days where its hard to see the screen) then it would actually be a pretty handy app for this and other phones with smaller low resolution screens.

SwapMod
Backround swap for Color Display Calibration in Settings.
This Mod just replaces the backround image usually found in Settings/Display/Color Display
with a higher resolution image which could visually help aide for better color calibration.
The original image is at 720p and the colors doesn't
really help to calibrate your screen correctly.
I made this mod so I don't have to go back and forth setting my display color.
Thats All. Nothing much. Give it a try.

Just tried it out on PA. The image I chosed with the menu button doesn't stay permanently. At least this mod gives you the option to change it permanently.
