[Q] Helpppp!?

I want to install this mod[MetaMorph/CWM Flashable][Update 11/15/10]Minimalistic Mod / Minimalistic White v1.7 but i have no clue how to im a newb.

Are you rooted?
If the answer is yes it Is easy. If no move on

Post your specs. so we know what you are working with. Things like Rom, Kernel etc. This makes a huge difference bc if you flash the wrong one, you will have a $200 paper weight and will need instructions on how to fix that too!! Go ahead and install Rom manager if you haven't already too; You will need that. The free version is fine but the paid version supports the dev which you should do.

To add to this you can use the metamorph app depending on what build you are on. I am currently using aspects of this mod with from the darkness theme. I am on the latest cognition. I not certain that it will work with a i900 rom
If all this is greek to you I suggest reading some more until you are sday little more familiar with sday is out there

My instinct is to say do not do it. I am not certain. Post your question and current rom on the thread for the theme the op is usually responsive

I like it but it its all a mater of preferences. Easy to use, and install.not as risky as some. I have never used the rom you are on so I can not compare

[Q] Market App search function

I just noticed that my market app search function is not responding. Touching the magnifying glass is not giving me anything. The rest are okay though.
Using Darkyy's 7.6 ROM + speedmod 12f kernel. I don't think it's the rom but I could be wrong.
Any ideas? Can someone post the most current market apk?

[Q] Help please

I had successfully flashed darkroom 8.0 rom, but there is no apps like sgstool, sgs tool info or sparepart. I even don't have YouTube apps. And even though I use slim version the wallpaper and other samsung stuff wasn't removed. Can any one help me please?

[Q] Voodoo control no longer on market

So i was browsing the market today and the Voodoo control app is no longer there. is this just something i noticed or are there others?
Edit: I am on continuum v5.4.1

It doesn't show up on Continuum 5 right now because it uses a spoofed build.

I figured it was a problem with the build properties but I didn't know what to change. I took the APK out of another another current GB ROM. Could someone specify what to change in the build properties file and what impact that would have on Continuum 5.4.1?

I changed every reference of GT-I9003 in the build.prop save it and reboot the phone. This breaks the installed swype but I don't use it so idc and idk how to get swype working if anyone wants it.

easy solution
Just click on the paperclip icon on the continuum thread. The file you want is Voodoo_Sound.apk
I had the same problem until I realized I was looking for Voodoo sound not Voodoo control. I also attached it to my post

Voodoo Control App, and Voodoo Control Plus (if you dont have a kernel with voodoo sound in it) are both up on the android market now.

They've always been it was an issue that Voodoo wouldnt show because the model id atleast for Continuum 5.4.1 and earlier was for the SGS 2 for Swype which Supercurio did not support. But now that C5.5 has the model for the SGS 1 it works fine.

[Q] BBB 6 bluetooth doesnt work

ok i have a captivate with an unbrickable mod running baked blackbean 6. when i go to settings,wireless and networks, then when i click bluetooth the baked boot logo pops up ad stays there. if there a way i can fix this? if you need any info about the phone just ask. thanks

http://bakedrom.com/baked-downloads/ My guess is he found the rom here. However even though the captivate is shown as available for v6 there is no link for download. So he either downloaded it from elsewhere or downloaded the galaxy s version thinking it would work for captivate. Or maybe they had an active link previously.
