any update on Android 4 for the IncS
The first device will be in November but we will have to wait for HTC to make the official update available. No timeline as of yet that I have seen.

I remember reading when this phone was launched that it would have HTC Sense 3. Any idea when that update would be available???
I presume it will come bundled with the Gingerbread (2.3) update in Q2. No official release date has been given yet, although there are rumors it could be as soon as the end of this month
i have cyanogen 7 installed on my nexus one. can i install the official updates again or is there another way to update my phone and still have a custom rom????
No you will never get updates on a custom rom, and no a custom rom will never get any OTA updates from google. Custom roms will only get updates from the people who created the ROM e.g Cyanogen for a Cyanogen Mod Update
As I posted in your other thread, if you are just wanting an up-to-date android version, CM 7.1.0 is already based off of 2.3.7 (which isn't even available for the N1 from Google).

I want to update my Galaxy Note's Rocket ICS v1 to v6.
Although, I'm not very sure if I can update it directly to version 6, without going through the version 2-5 updates. So, is it possible to update version 1 directly to version 6? And if it can be done, and I did update it directly to version 6, will I still get the updates that version 2-5 has?

Yes, you can update directly from v1 to v6. You will have the same update whether you go directly from v1 to v6 or from going through 2-5.

Does anyone know if we will be getting 1 more major update to a future version of android with the ART runtime? It is likely dalvik will be replaced by ART in the next major android update so it would be nice to have 1 more major update. Has Sony mentioned anything? It seems to Sony updates phones to 2 major versions at most. My xperia p for example started with gingerbread, got ICS and jelly bean update then that was end. Xperia Z started on 4.1 , updated to 4.2, 4.3 now 4.4 so is this the end or is there more to expect in the future?
