Important: This rom is based on a stock LG rom from the LG Optimus One I have managed to get it to boot on the GT540! It has all of the apps you see in LG Android 2.1, (eg: The weather widget and Homescreen application). THIS IS NOT A SOFT-MOD.

LG's latest update is 2.3.3, this isn't cm or AOSP it is Stock LG android

Currently I have now fixed GSM
I think we need atleast 2.6.35 kernel. There are so many AOSP rom, builded on mureik's .29 kernel.

I ported it from a stock rom.
i think he means inthe thread title write something like this

Just for save you time try firstly solving problem with GSM parts (I've stuck on that some time ago). Its most hardly part in porting something from P500.
Everything else is not a problem.

Why it's not working FM on 95% of all ROMs ???
becuse drivers from radio doesn't work and they would have to write them from the beginning and that kind of a lot of work

You could donate to the creator. That would be a good motivation for him to port the FM Radio
I love our phone! There's no other phone with such a huge variety of custom firmwares! Super awesome!

did you find a way to import fm tuner and video recording solved or should we wait for a new version?
Wi-Fi not working on both 1.8 and 1.6, if tried to enable shows "Error".
Tried re-flashing radio as well.

Played PES 2012 and able to play without lag ...
listen music for hour and its prety loud and clear ....
Also called some of buddies No OCV .. cann't comment about ICV but sure it is not thier.
only issue I observed is not able to set APN ... not able to set it manually also ... I thought its known issue as ardX already mentioned the problem of RIL data files...

I would love to see him (temasek) back here - even more as it seems he hasn't lost all of his interest in our phone (referring to the V20 update).
All his ROMs - i used so far - were absolutely great. And it would be a great loss...
On the other hand - no pressure - if this is something like a farewell present - thanks temasek and live long and prosper.
Hope i will have a matching phone sometime in the future to further benefit from your great work :good:.
i have gone back to my daily, having alarm_rtc wakelocks and fast battery drain, on multiple basebands and 2 kernels. not sure how to fix this..

And this is why we should buy phones with AAA stock support. It takes just one user stubbornly sticking to ICS baseband, even though arcee told otherwise, to drive developers away. I can't believe some people sometimes. Instead of putting their asses down and FLASHING AN OLDER BASEBAND they demand a dev conjure up black magic and fix their first world problems!

They fixd bluetooth and random freezes and bsods..users say they have a better battery life and it has a slightly performance bump:-?..it sounds great if u ask me)

Me too full boot completely and smoothly, which is just as well ...
If there is a touch installer to let you customize and choose icons pack, launcher, notification, , lockscreen, toggle, dialer and messenger etc
from any of the other rom. This would be even better.
Also, please consider to include gesture control from Ubuntu touch and hand motion control from Touchwiz.

Did you change kernel as is indicated by "Anurag pandey"??! ...

Why MIUI? Am I the only one who hates both it and its look? lol.
Might give the ROM a try, but I have a feeling the MIUI look ruins it

Well mine also has bravia engine, but i didnt add the "S" imto the name cause i thought that it isnt really a fantastic feature to consider.

C.A.M.P. series which later turned into C. A.M.P.S was first started by ideosdev and zackconsole for Xperia devices but i found that rom too damn good and brought it to HD2, Motorola defy and galaxy ace and now time for O2X
@natalya you can disable MIUI features by using app quarantine app to disable miui home
