Kaiser sound / notification

My fellow XDA'ers,
Since i have the kaiser i enjoyed it quite a while, now i have recently flashed it to dutty's rom (um dunno what version actualy wil get back on that later).
The rom is great just great, thanks for that.
I've got only one problem when i set a sound or vibrate for new text message nothing happens i only get it on display, i tried setting al sounds to on and vibrate but still no sounds or vibrate when i get a new sms.
This is a problem because my server monitoring system sms'es me when a server is down and i dont get a notification of it, kinda useless though.
Anybody having the same problem ? or somebody know an answer to it.

i installed it but dont know if i have to config it ?
otherwise it still doesnt work
EDIT : it now works after 2 resets, wierd though

i tryed from ^sounds and notefacations^ but i just can find the alarm place

possible to have calendar tab that shows appointments?

hey guys, i need to see more appointments on the homescreen that touchflo allows me! so, i was wondering if this either exisits, or if somebody can develop it (donation will be made . i need a calendar tab that shows your next 2-3 days of upcoming appts. the existing calendar tab only shows a month calendar, not really useful IMO. any ideas? thanks

hey douchebag... first off, in my original post, i offered to make donation to anybody who develops such a program.. secondly wtf do you think the name of this website is? xda DEVELOPERS. it's a developers website. so either give something constructive or **** off

Title says it all. Official NPR application has been released. Search "NPR" on the Market. Some screenshots below. Unfortunately this won't replace Listen for me since it does not access APM and PRI streams =( Gotta get my Marketplace and This American Life.

I downloaded a .m4v file from the app and the video will not play.
What app do you guys use to play these video files? Seems odd to be able to download a file from an app that the phone can not play (.m4v files are for the iPod/iPhone).
:edit: Found this post which helps answer part of my question. ALTHOUGH, I STILL COULD NOT PLAY THE VIDEO AFTER RENAMING THE FILE EXTENSION. How can I fix this to work??
I do love the app. I wish that you could stream the audio though. I always seem to be getting out of my car right when they are at a point that I do not want to miss - would be nice to whip out my phone and continue while walking into work. Does the iPhone's version mirror this one?

Great App, I don't know why this can't be done as part of the contact sync. Is there anyway this can be modified. I have an eris and the delete and Restore Buttons are off the bottom of the screen.
