Actually it's KK6. And yes, KJ1 was the latest leaked ROM. KJ4 is newer, but wasn't leaked but shipped with the devices.
Is this a full rom with Traditional and Simplified Chinese UI? Anyone has flashed it?

if you try this, md5 hash didnt match after you edit the tar file..
I have looked around but not able to find a guide to flash this firmware.
I read it on the Note forum that we are not able to flash this firmware with Odin. Is this correct? If I am not able to flash it with Odin, what else could I do?
Please help as I really want to flash this firmware on my phone. Thank you.

This thread contains the latest Hong Kong version Rom for the Galaxy Note (N7000ZSKK1) including instructions on how to flash it using CWM.
And, if I understand it right, there also already is a Root kernel for the Rom in the thread.
The Rom is also already Deodexed and Zipaligned.
I am downloading it right now.

Hi, just got an update for my Tab over Kies.
Kies gives me the following infos:
PDA: KHD
PHONE: KG1
CSC: KH1 (DBT)
Before that update, i had XWKG9 installed.
Is this a newer version than KG9 ? According to samfirmare, KG1 is older (July) than KG9 (July 15). But Kies said "Newer firmware available". Dont know, may you guys can enlighten me :-D
Oh, and as a nice addition, after the update, I have a full version of "NFS Shift HD" and and app called "HRS Hotels" (Seems like a hotel booking app) on my tab for free.
And just to clarify things, i have a 7500 3G Tab an live in Germany ;-)

Actually it's a device I bought from a swedish retailer (cyberphoto).
And it seems NSE is a Swedish CSC because this firmware update (it's multi CSC) came with a half a dozen bloatware apps with it which are specifically meant for sweden. (dagens nyheter, allt om mat+, sf anytime, tv4 play, and a few more like that..)
I'm considering of changing my CSC as well but I'm not sure which is the "real" finnish CSC --- NEE??

How did you root it? as far as I know there is no way to root galaxy mini 2.3.5
I was using S5570LWMKP9 (2.3.4) for some weeks but i noticed that the volume was too low even if i set config to max.
Can someone confirm if the same problem happens with this version?

I wanted to root my phone but could not find anything on how to root for this kernel version.. neither on any of the threads..

If it's a value pack fw, you *should* be able to root by flashing semaphore 2.7.4 through CWM. Saver should be a rooting toolkit(just search for it). Once you got it rooted, take a root explorer, open /system/build.prop and look for the build date. Post it here then.

where do you live please?
Maybe you can take a look at this:
this will teach you to install CWM and then you can use rooted ROMs afterward

Looks like the firmware is for INDIA though I dont see it on Kies now.
You can try flashing Semaphore 2.7.4sc kernel in ODIN.
