After seeing Notta's NeonBT port I was inspired to learn how to theme and here is the result!
I chose to port NeonGT because it is one of the more thorough themes out there (what better to learn from) and because it looks really cool.
I pretty much learned how to do this as I went, and as a result the theme has some inconsistencies, weird looking images, and probably missing a bunch of stuff.
This was never really intended to be released, it was originally just a way for me to learn. However I'm pleased with the results and so here I am.

Themed apps include:
ClockPackage
Contacts
DialerTabActivity
DownloadProvider
GoogleQuickSearchBox
JobManager
MediaProvider
MMS
MusicPlayer
Phone
Settings
SystemUI
TouchWizCalculator
Themed frameworks include:
Framework-res
Twframework-res
Recommended hex color for TSM parts: #ff54a70a
As of right now some apps are lacking a bit, (ClockPackage mostly) so if you don't want a certain app just delete it from the zip prior to flashing.
Wipe cache and dalvik cache and flash in recovery.
I am aware of most of the bugs at the moment, and I will put up a list later. (Most of them exist because I haven't figured out how to do it yet)
Feel free to report any bugs and I'll see what I can do, but for now I recommend making a backup because I'm still learning.
Also This was supposed to have a transparent dialer but I keep getting black images over the call log and favorites. I assume I have a rogue image and I'm working tirelessly to track and down and transparatize it

nice job! if I was on tsm 1.2 I would flash this!!!
wow. that is a very green theme lol.
you should make the dialer and mms transparent.
good job.
Thanks! And ya I will enable transparency once I find the black background image in the call log and favorites tabs, I feel like I looked through all the images 3 times already with no luck :/

flashed this theme i think its great, the one and only thing i would have to suggest is editing the blue line on the top edge of the screen..it doesnt really fit in. I do love the android in the corner on the notifications pull down tab. Anyways thats my stubborn opinion.
Great theme though!
installed this and got nonstop FC loops on unlock. had to nandroid back =\
What rom were you running phooky?
dj05 radio with clean .9. flashed it over the nextang theme
and adrynalyn's sv 0118 voodoo kernel
Only use red recovery if on voodoo, flash theme, and I found that wiping dalvik cache + fixing permissions fixes force close issues.
will this work with dl09 or is it for dj05
Great Job!! this a great theme. the android in the notification is great. the wallpaper is great aswell. i love it the way it is however i was wondering if it would be possible to theme the menu button options and the settings menu. an what about a green version? i dont know how difficult this would and i dont want to take away from your awsome work, i was just curious. any way, thanks for the hard work.
Great theme..dialer needs something though when you get a minute maybe kang matted blue from nitsuj 's if he doesnt mind of course.
Updated the settings and menu. I start on the dialer and whatever else you guys want.
you should totally kang the dialer from nitsuj17's matted bluebread theme.. its really awesome and would fit in perfectly. check it out http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=919067
This is awesome! Should it have it's own themed Market too?

I'm getting FC Hell when I use this on Black Hole 3.0 with the DL09 theme fix.
I love the theme, though.
Edit: and I tried the wipe dalvik cache/fix permissions thing above.
This DOES NOT include themed icons.

That battery mod is hot.
I'm not too into monochrome do is there any chance you would make a separate zip with just the battery mod and have it with the standard colors of blue 31-100 yellow 16-30 and red for the rest

Yes you can always change you wallpaper.
This has only been tested with ACS so I wouldn't recommend flashing over midnight.

crake001 - unless I'm quite misinformed, you're not an ACS member. [ACS] tags in the title denote something released by ACS - so if you could remove it, that'd be great.

I tested this on Both SHIFTAO5P V2.6 and CM7.1.1 With no problems. DOES NOT WORK ON BAMF MINI BOOT LOOPS!! This is just a trial run. If enough like what I am doing I will continue. This has been a fun and great learning experience.
Main things changed are, Status bar icons and movement. Clock was moved to the center as you can see in the screen shoots. Full and complete theme of both APK files listed below. I do hope you like it.

Looks great. Just installed on CM7. 1.1
The install rearranged my status bar but the new status bar icons didn't show up. It's still showing the old honeybread icons that I installed thru theme chooser. I wiped cache and dalvik prior to flashing the zip. Are any other steps necessary to remove the old icons?
Also, one thing I noticed, when receiving a google voice text, it shows the text one line at a time in the notification bar. With this theme installed, it writes the textbooks top of the centered clock making it hard to read. Is it possible to have the clock disappeared when the texts are displayed in the bar.
I really like the colors and the lock screen changes. Thanks sent your way.
If you use theme chooser that will make all icons change to what the theme is.
That is normal when you get a text if you put the clock in the center. I stopped using the clock for that very reason.
I hope that answered some of your questions.
Can someone please tell me how to install a zip theme on thunderbolt

Do you have Rom Manager? If not get it then install from from SD card option. that should help you.

You taught me how to edit png's. To change the color mode to RGB. My username was formerly (joe_d08_17). Without that I never could have made this theme!!!!. Thanks.
Almost done. Ive been coloring like crazy. Not really theming the rest with black in them. Just leaving them like them and changing blue to green!!!. Not a pro themer just yet, but i shall be soon

Might theme the keyboard(As soon as I learn how)
Black/green out gmail completely
Black/green out Email
Theme Gallery,Deskclock
The color is way better than in the screenshots. They picture is just not good quality. Give it a shot!!! Maybe you will like it
Other than that It is up guys!!. Hope you like it. I know it is not the best. It is only my first. But I will learn more so I can start making better ones.
Not bad. A little to bright for my tastes but I do like that you are styling a lot of the apps in a way that is consistent with the rest of the theme.

Nicely done, expecting big things here!

To those that have been using this theme expect a update this weekend.
There have been 78 downloads and no feedback here at all. If you like the theme please comment saying you like it at least or I will not update this theme Here as it will seem like there is no interest in it. It Doesn't mean I'm going to quit working on the theme it just means you will have to find updates to my theme elsewhere.
I like where the theme is going just a bit unsure about the dark red font because it can be slightly hard to read. Looking forward to seeing this completed though. What are you using to make the theme? I tried to de-compile the standard theme but it wouldn't de-compile properly and I have no experience with eclipse

Here is the place to look to understanding on how to make a theme for poweramp - Here
It requires some basic android knowledge but basically other than that you should be good to go. If you got more questions about making a theme PM Me.
As for the font I agree I've been considering changing some things to make it brighter as the red font/media controls are to dark on my Galaxy Nexus during the Daytime.
