Is there an app that will stream video from a samsung galaxy tab to a bionic?

Have you tried VLC Direct? This has allowed me to stream from my computer to my Bionic and the other way around too. You will probably need to have VLC installed on your computer, but that where i would start.
Good luck.
Did you try Skifta? I think it could work
Try BubbleUPNP too.

When I recently did the update and installed theory, I took some videos and when I play them back they skip. Has anyone had this problem? I haven't seen anyone bring it up, or am I the only one?

I downloaded flash video browser from the android market. It has links to Hulu and other flash sites built in. Works well on my Note but the quality isn't HD like on a desktop.

Since it's the DLNA functionality that you want, an alternative to trying to get the Motorola media player back is to check out Qualcomm's Skifta DLNA free app available in the Google Play Store.
