Hello.
I´ve Installed CWM Rec 5.0.2.0 using rom manager, but for some reason I can´t enter it manually. I´m holding down button on boot, and it shows "S/W Upgrade Please wait while upgrading".
I can only enter if I choose reboot in recovery. Does anybody know how I can enter it manually or fix this problem?
Thanks
I got it, I was only holding down button, I had to hold both.
I tried to remove this post, but don´t know how.

Is it possible your case is holding the volume up/down button? or that maybe one of the buttons is stuck?
Hi, I have a problem with my samsung galaxy mini (s-5570). I breaked the three botom buttons six months ago, so I use Button Savior who is very useful. Yesterday I tried to install CyanogenMod so to boot on recovery mode, I used the app Terminal Emulator (type "reboot recovery"). But I didn't thought that I needed the Home button to naviguate into the recovery screen ( ) and when I remove the battery and reboot, the recovery mode comes back, so I'm stuck into recovery mode, and I can't do anything :crying:
I searched while 4 hours for a solution, and I found ODIN, but it doesn't recognise my phone, even I install Kies (twice). I can't even format this phone, and I really need it, so if somebody have a solution it would help me a lot.:victory:
i also am stuck

Hello,
After rooting my p880, my phone hangs at boot. Just after the boot sound (*pling* ) the phone is hanging. The boot image is still moving.
Things I tried already:
I followed this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2069723, which tells to do a kdz update. This is not working, as I am not able to get to the S/W upgrade screen. Instead, when I start the phone using the power button + volume down, i get the Android system recovery menu (3e).
I tried to upload a new (cyanogenmod) rom using adb sideload, but that didn't work, as the file I used was damaged (I will retry with new file).
I also did a factory reset and a cache wipe.
Can someone tell me what is best to do?
Kind regards
X-cal
