I have succesfully installed V6 supercharger on my phone but I can't get it to run on boot. Script is in init.d folder, even tried to check "run at boot" option in script maneger but it doesn't work. My busybox version is 1.15.3, using GingerDX.
Thx for helping out.

its great. i installed it when still in stock and still using it with neoblaze kernel.
its already fast even without the oc kernel. you wont see higher number on benchmark apps. but you will feel the difference.
this is from the supercharger thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=991276
Requirements:
1. Rooted Phone....
2. Script Manager or Terminal Emulator to run the script. Stock ROMs can also use SM to load up boot scripts!
3. Busybox 1.18.2 OR LOWER - 1.18.3 or newer are VERY much a hassle with errors that should NOT be errors!
4. AutoStart Script by me - Enables Stock ROMS (Milestone) to utilize etc/init.d for boot scripts.
Installing/Using:
1. Download the attached V6_SuperCharger_for_Android*.txt script and save to your sdcard.
... Do NOT run the V6 SuperCharger install script at boot!
2. Load the script (V6_SuperCharger_for_Android*.txt) into Script Manager and select "Run as Root."
3. Touch the screen for the soft keyboard or slide out the keyboard and get SuperCharged! Just pick an option!
4. READ the script's output!
5. Afterwards, READ the html HELP FILE in the root of your SD Card!
6. Disable "Lock Home in Memory" if your ROM has this option.
7. Optional: For a quick status check, you can put a Script Manager widget for V6 SuperCharger on you desktop
for me, i use the 11th option (oom grouping fixes + hard to kill launcher) then reboot.
cyanogen doesent need the autostarter script ore does it?
Ok,thanks. I am running it now too and it feels really faster

Hi, may i know which option did you choose? I chose the 8th one(the MAX one) but i don't feel such many differences...
If my memory is correct, i used the option 7, max RAM 512 and hard to kill launcher
It is also for CyanogenMod 7?
Is anyone here using cyanmobile latest version? I've flashed it and the Wifi get error also I can't use root for titanium backup etc. My baseband is XXKPI, am I using wrong basband 'cause 3g is fine. One more question, do you know how to v6, I do everything in the instruction but it don't run.

Your Titanium Backup is fine... weird, mine get problem in checking super user permission not only titanium, things like root explorer as well, when I enable Wifi it show error and unable to connect. About V6 scripts can you make a video show me how to use, I do your instruction and still... my phone look like crap slow and ram is wtf I have no idea
At CyanMobile the bigest problem for me is too many force close at diference programes. Now I use Pure CM7 latest and are satisfied

For setting value of CPU & Activate oc, (in Cyanogen-mod setting doesn't provide) without using paid app like SetCPU, (After installed stock oc.zip)
in terminal type:
su
insmod /system/lib/modules/x8oc.ko
echo "xAB" > proc/x8oc
The AB represent integers... 28 = 768 29 = 787 (Occasional reboots)
Above i believe stock user will have reboot...
you can put the echo "xAB" > proc/x8oc into hw_config.sh to set on boot clock speed.... but be aware that value above 28 are not suitable for set on boot clock speed
Download Zip file : http://www.mediafire.com/?ubdt8kjgamo09nz (This contain x8oc.ko files)
For easy overclocking, use this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=os.tools.scriptmanager&feature=search_resultit should simple as it goes, like terminal, but it's better.... What's more it can create a widget

Or if u failed to paste, use root explorer and tap the small box.until it changes to r/o. Then paste again. After that go to emulator and do the above procedure.

Hi,
I'm running stock 2.3.6 (rooted). By default phones uses "deadline" I/O, but have also "noop". How can I choose "noop" using the terminal? I've tested cpu frill but i'm getting a error.
In few words.
What are the commands to uses "noop" and the one to "deadline", if I wish to go back.
BR.
commands are different
you can try nstools app
it will do the work

Tested nstools. It keeps reverting to deadline after reboot. Don't know why, but from all the scripts that I've inside /init.d (with the right permissions) the only that works is the Link2SD.
stock roms don't have init.d support by default
so just untick the use init.d option available in setting tab of nstools
and your settings would be sticked to what you choose even after a reboot
What you can do is wipe cache/dalvik cache from custom recovery and then trying nofrills again
Hi everybody. Today I installed v6 supercharged script and after that my zipalign binary in xbin is missing. I tried with v6 started kit, but it says impossible because system is read only. Can someone provide me his zipalign binary from xbin? Thank you!

System is read only means you are not running the script with super user privileges.
