Hello, last time i bought HTC Diamond. The problem is that i need align screen too often. Sometimes it can work properly very long time but sometimes i need align screen few times in 15 minutes. I don't have guarantee for this phone no more. Anybody know how to solve this issue? Thank you.
I have got the same problem; my htc diamond lost the calbration after few clicks. One member of this forum said that I have to change the digitizer
Have a look to my post.
no solution for this, buy new display, and chage it... You can find it on ebay and they will send you display and other tools which you need for replacing display...
Yup I had the same problem and got the screen replaced. A lot of people have reported this.
If your phone is under warranty you can get the screen replaced for free.
My HTC one just stopped Vibrating this morning I don't know why or how I haven't dropped it i haven't taken it out of it's case i treat the damn thing like its a new born baby
I've tried rebooting several times and going through my settings i cant find anything that might change my situation
Although After some tinkering my vibration came back for 5 minutes then went away again.
Any ideas please ????
I'm S offed will i need to reverse this if i have to go through Verizon for a replacement ? If so can anyone tell me how ?
I Also have my Android Bug report if that is of any help
Dear experienced Xda members.
I need help troubleshooting this problem.
The phone runs Android 5.0.2 but this flickering was present on older versions as well. I replaced the screen because it cracked, and this started happening 2 months after the repair. What could be the cause? (replacement screen from ebay)
Thank you for reading.

Hi friends,
A week ago I decided to finally replace the cracked screen of my phone. The phone was perfectly working, with the exception of the annoying lines everywhere around the broken glass.
I went to a repair service (not official) to have it changed for a new one (glass+lcd) and got it back repaired after few days.
During the first hours the phone was working just fine, but I noticed that the touch screen was slowly getting erratic. After few hours it was just a bit erratic but ok. 10 hours later it was almost impossible to use already. 24 later it didn't respond anymore to the touch.
I went back to the repair service and asked for a new screen that I got for free because we assumed it was a problem of the new screen. Problem is, it happened exactly the same with the second one!! And now, 24 hours later, it doesn't work anymore.
I have done a factory reset. I have flashed new ROMs, I have flashed back to the stock ROM, updated it, nothing has changed so it totally looks like a hardware issue.
My question is:
What may be causing my new screens to go mad after working perfectly fine during the first hours?
Summary:
My Moto G 2014 works perfectly, but it has a crack in the screen
Decide to go to a non official repair service to have it changed for a new one (LCD + Glass)
First hours with the new screen: All works fine
Slowly, the touch screen becomes more and more erratic
24 hours later the touch screen is useless (it still reacts to touch but totally mad and weak)
Decide to have it replaced again (this time for free)
With the second new screen, we test that works fine, and to confirm that is not the phone, we install back again the first new screen, verifying that it doesn't work.
Finally install the second new screen. All seems to be perfect!
Experience again all the previous points
What should I do lads? Did the repair service **** my phone? ;^(
It could be that water somehow got in (speaking from experience).

How would that explain that the newly replaced screens work fine for the first hours and then gradually stop working?. Also , I can't imagine how water got in the phone for the last weeks, besides, it works perfectly, is just the touch screen.Water would most likely **** more things. no?
Has anyone experienced the same problem as me?
thanks!
Is it genuine?

The screen? I don't actually know. But after changing twice the LCD seems unlikely that the LCD was defective. It may be more related to my phone (although I can't understand what) and something the guy of the repair service ****ed.
Any thoughts?
thanks for the help
Hi everyone, I recently dad an update for the Origin OS.
The version is PD2145C_A_5.13.3
After doing this update (which was prompted on Android), the system's screen doesn't respond now. Not sure what to do at all....
It seems to be just be certain parts of the screen that are now unresponsive to touch. Anyone else have this issue? My phone was bought in China
