I'm opening a new thread just for my tweaked and mixed build of ICS. I didn't compiled it, all credits are going to the kwiboo, Koush and other developers.
Since the MIUI ICS is going to be released in couple of weeks, I just wanted to exercise a little bit and prepare myself for it.
What are you getting with this build?
Short said - optimized and tweaked AD-Free Build, Dalvik tweaks, SD Card Speed Fix, EXT4 Filesystem Tweaks, Busybox installed with the support for the init.d scripts and unsecure boot.img for the adb and fastboot access...
Usually you'll get around 1.200 Quadrants on ICS, with my tweaked Build you'll get:

Installation note:
- If you are coming from the Gingerbread ROM, then format /system, /data, /cache, /boot partitions and flash the ROM.
- If you are coming from the another ICS build try to install at first without wiping anything, if you have FC's or issues, then you need to wipe the data.
- If you are coming from my mixed Builds, just flash.
- You might get "Random offset xxx" notification during the flashing procedure. There is nothing wrong, read about it here. (Thanks emjayes)

I can use any kernel on here right?
Whoa...I was just about to post in Kwiboos thread that although I love and appreciate the work, I think everyone is ignoring the lagginess of ICS and saying no more Gingerbread. I was going to actually post that people should use ICS for a week then download Brainmasters MIUI and they would see exactly why in the blink of an eye why they should just wait for the Galaxy Nexus if they want ICS, or wait till Brainmaster tweaks it. No ****. Damn you Brainmaster I just flashed your latest and starting setting up when I came across this! Now i have to backup, wipe........lol too funnyfunny

Install:
It doesn't matter if you are coming from a fresh Odin or not, we want a clean install so follow the install steps.
Download Gothi.RC6.zip and place on your sdcard.
Boot into recovery and Wipe Data/Factory Reset Before You Move On.
Flash Gothi.RC6.zip.
While still in recovery: Wipe Cache Partition, and inside the advanced menu: Wipe Dalvik Cache and Fix Permissions - Just These Three Steps, Do Not Factory Reset Again. THIS TAKES YOU LESS THAN A MINUTE, DO IT OR DON'T BUT DON'T QUESTION IT - THIS PROCESS HAS PROVEN TO BE THE BEST GUARANTEE OF A SMOOTH FLASH.
Reboot Your Phone.
After about 10 minutes, you should reboot again to clean things up and wipe out any bugs.
Enjoy!

I'll be doing this up with one theme, undecided what it will be yet. But any theme in our themes and apps section made for stock 2.2 will work on it.
Good stuff, but is there actually anything major that is different from 2.2?? I remember hearing the browser is now hardware accelerated, but when I did a google search I got all kinds of conflicting answers.
Probably a dumb question, but what are the advantages of running 2.2.1?
Anybody get to reboot and check wifi yet

Nice bro. Better switch in my opinion. I had both and I'll never go back to apple.
Unfortunately I'm stuck with my iPhone 4 until the next Nexus...
Should I use this new ROM or keep Starburst? Any difference between the two?

Come on! It was released today
Im currently on doc's stock deoxed tw rom. Im assuming to flash this i would have to wipe data since im coming from a deoxed rom to a standard rom?
Just installed this and all went smoothly. I had pershoot's latest kernel and docrambone's latest ROM. I just wiped cache then installed.
Too early to tell in regards to performance but wanted to report zero issues with install.
Mine is the 7510, btw.

This is a complation of others work to make a working rom for the vibrant.

-reboot and use normal
The ROM comes with the Subzero 159cm color Kernel, but feel free to flash a different ICS one if you want.
But be aware I have used the latest cm9 nightly as a base so if you get "unknown baseband" you will need the ril revert.
GingerBread bootloaders recommend find ---> here
please READ the op for instructions it is not hard but is VITAL you do it per instructions.
Also base update to CM9's nightly 7/30
Issues that I know of..
-GPS needs work and may not work at all, (it works for me but it can be slow) ( feedback is fine but complaining will be ignored )
-Themes only work partly and will only be fixed by MIUI not me
themes now work better but need to use ones for miui ics not GB
Other stuff to watch out for...
Titanium Backup users should tick the Preferences > Troubleshooting settings > Follow all symbolic links option

*Needs SuperSU, it has the regular SU right now.
*Flashes green-screen sometimes before locking/unlocking
*Theres 2 GALLERY apps and you can't just remove one from the screen because their both system apps...
*Theres like 6 map's related apps.. PLACES, NAVIGATION, MAPS, etc etc. Keep down the bloat and only keep the map app and the others can be optional?
Does anyone know how to change the MIUI clocks so their 12-hour clocks and not 24?
XML probably

Introducing ICSROM, an AOSPish mod of Motorola ICS
Conceptually the same as CSROM – a de-blurred and de-bloated version of stock to give that AOSP feel.
A Clean Slate to modify as You wish.
Like CSROM, anything that has been removed that you want (or just want to play with) is available for re-installation (see additional information).
Try to think of this ROM as a Clean Slate to modify as YOU wish.
I don't want to force apps, gapps, themes, and launchers on you.
I will leave it up to YOU to decide how you want YOUR ROM to look and function.
Many thanks to:
epinter and mmontuori

This ROM has just been posted. How could anyone have any idea of what the battery life is like? Please understand that everything you find in the next couple of days is going to be alpha. You flash at your own risk and you post bugs that you may encounter. You don't ask about battery life, you read the OP and decide if you want to TEST.
Do we need to flash vendor.img to get wifi and kb?

No, wifi should be working.
Should also be rooted.
I just have to say, you devs are absolutely awesome! I did the CWM install of the leak, and I'll wait a bit before doing this one, but in 24 hours, there's been so much done, I can't help but be impressed.
Thank you for the hard work!

yap, I decide what I want, but it doesn't mean that I can't ask and about battery life, when I flashed Leaked rom after one hour of use it was seem that battery life was worst than other roms
And there I had another question too
Would I have to wipe data coming from the leak?

Probably not. But I can't say for sure.
You can tell me.

I just flashed lokis cwm ROM. Will flash this soon.
Any pointers on where to start looking to add custom resolutions to web top?
