is there any way we can get that sweet screen off animation with fro-yo?

Give it time...the Nexus S dump has just happened so people are probably going through the code. It should happen.

It's both a shutdown animation and for when you lock your phone.
This is one thing that I really want bad. I normally don't give in to animations and haven't found any others that I like. But that one is just awesome.

if it is that means it is hiding somewhere in the framework or it might be some sort if crazy .bin that would take a dev to hack out of the dump s going around.

Adventure Time App - Need some testing

I published an Adventure Time app to the Market recently and a couple of Epic users have reported that it doesn't work for them. I have a hunch about what might be wrong and I changed a few things and need some of you guys to test things out for me before I make an official update.
Below is the link to the apk. Will someone install it and check to see if Finn (the first character) plays sound when you press on him? The other characters shouldn't work, if my hunch is right.

So, just to be clear. You click on a character and then receive a black screen each time?

the board next to the characters on the first screen.. one says stickers that takes me to the next screen (not avail.).. but when I press sounds, screen goes black.. also I uninstalled and then deleted the .apk... dl'd the link again, installed second time, same result.

this is cool I downloaded it form the market, would be sweet if you could choose the character then choose the phrase but i haven't experienced any problems

Okay, thanks for letting me know. Well, I have no idea why it's working for some and not others. Maybe it's a memory thing.

my guess, IF (wild wild if ) its true.. hes got some insider who slipped it over when it was "pre-beta"

I saw that the lights of the touch buttons at the buttom are becoming off while the screen is still on. So I assume that it is not gingerbread, since as far as i know that is stock on gb roms.

I'm on XXJVK and they come off whilst the screen is lit on my phone.

Clever but just pictures in gallery me thinks. Used to full screen a browser on Google search page with an interesting search term in the box then do "print screen" paste into Paint and save/set as desktop picture. Hours of fun watching them try to close the browser ROFL.

theres a craaazy fix for tht.. the lights go off just as in froyo.. so we cant tell from tht...

The application button launch the app drawer though so it's not an image. I'm sceptical though.

fahahahake Did you noticed that when he's scrolling the homescreen, the wallpapers are totally different??? the battery icon is on left.. is not default gingerbread.. and the homescreen has glitches.. horrible

You'll note the time stays at 23:10 through the whole 1:46 video..

Free City ID For Thunderbolt

Just download the file and put it on your sd card and then go into astro or any other file manager and install it. Works great! Make sure to set the space from the bottom setting to whatever fits with your lock screen.
I'm on VirusRom and I'm using:
Typeface: Serif
Font Size: Small
Space from bottom: Bottom Middle-High
It fits PERFECTLY. First picture is from receiving a call while in lock screen, second picture is receiving a call while using the phone while unlocked.
NOTE: You Don't Have To Be Rooted To Use This. Make Sure You Have Unknown Sources Checked Under Applications.

I think I remember when this guy got his app removed. Pretty sure it works well. Scan it with Privacy Blocker

I believe it's 15 days or something like that. It used to be anyway. Then it will ask you to subscribe for like $2 a month.

Where do you go to clear the Cache? In applications it will not allow you to click on it, is there another place to look???

I believe so. Just install AppInstaller from the market. Unzip the file and then install each APK file.

EDIT: Looks like the G'Zone has an actual thermometer.

Walking Counter FC
Every thing except for the Walking Counter is working fine. Every time I try to use the Walking Counter I get a FC. I re downloaded and reinstalled to see if that would help but no such luck. Anybody else having issues with that feature?

Walking counter a no go here as well.. The temp thing still figuring out.. When you first load it up it says 32 F, but reading more in the settings it could take up to 30 minutes to calibrate the temp.. doesn't seem pratical to have to have the temp up for 30 minutes just to look at it in a different way

It also says 32 degrees f for me, its actually 78

Could the g'zone have an actual thermometer built in to give you the exact temp of the air around you? If that was the case I would assume it's reading the default temp for everyone because the TB is missing the driver.
