One out of 100 times when I turn the screen on, everything is inverted (even the controls as you can see on the last picture). After turning the screen off and on again, it's gone. This bug appeared the first time when I first installed CM10, then when I went back to CM7 it was gone (I think?) and on topogigi's ics and later on carbuno's ics it has come back.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Never happened to me before. Maybe its hardware related?.

i've had something kind of familiar happen.. but instead of inverted.. my screen was split in half and the right half was on the left and vice versa.. turning my screen off and on again didn't solve it.. had to reboot
this is after first coming from cm7 to cm10. and it's happened a couple of times

I saw a similar issue on a friend's HTC EVO 3D. Quite likely a hardware issue that warrants official repair.
Happened to me once with CM10-hackfest.
Hey guys i found some interesting in my build.prop and yes it's stock.
Maybe you all know the slow motion feature on the Note II .. what i found is "ro.media.capture.slow.fps = 120".
Is it possible to get the N7000 ready for slow motion recordings?
I Already installed the cam apk from the note ii on my device but when i chosse the slow motion mode a blue circle appears and wont go away.
So i think it is an software issue.
Maybe someone can take a look at it and i think it would be cool to have this feature on the Note I
Cheers

What apk did you try? Did you install any lib files also? Can you upload the apk that you instal?
i know this is nearly a year old but bump. anyone got any updates to this?
Sorry to burst your bubbles but that's almost impossible. The reason being that n7000 camera doesn't have the ability to capture 120fps.. Sad but true.

Cant we try to make it go at least for 60 fps is it cant go for 120 ?
This has been happening for 2 days now, regardless of ROM. My screen itself is not defected etc. but images are rendered with random pixels generally green.
Most often appears on app icons. Here is an example of it action in the camera.
(see shutter button)

I saw your screenshot in battery thread about cpu spy and it has also some glitches.
I think it's a hardware problem.

Maybe it's related to hardware problem or driver problem. Try to factory reset or if you have root and cwm, try to flash a ROM (stock or cooked ROM will be fine). If the problem persist, maybe you have to take your device to SONY service center.

Great!
Two more!
Hi all!
Got this p970, it was running 2.3.4, rooted it using framaroot. (Woot woot). Installed rom manager and successfully flashed recovery through the app.
I've tried twice now to flash different versions of CM (10 and 7.2, stable versions) with no luck. Get an error very quickly in recovery, forcing reboot. I don't have a screen cap of the exact error wording (which I realize would be helpful) but I seem to recall "prop" showing up a couple times.
Was there any step I missed that is causing this? Any help would be killer, I wanna ditch this iPhone and get back on a droid!

This means that your phone isn't a p970.

Those icons at the bottom of the screen don't look familiar.
What model phone is it?
Noticed this when I woke up this morning. I've never seen it before and it seems to be fading away now, but I'm still curious as to what it is. Anybody seen this before?

Sorry, I probably should have gone into more detail. To the right of the screen (Top of the pic) there are some marks on the screen that are spike shaped. The glass isnt cracked or damaged and the lcd doesnt look that way either. The device is fairly new.
LCD is bleeding, looks like. Hard to tell by that picture
