It works
Yes it works....
With CM Nighlies20 and kernel Nova9
Interesting. on Sprint LG Marquee version, it appears not to work in stock rom.
I did have some success with this version, though:

This is my current Nexus one:
Mod: Cyanogenmod 6.1.0-N1.
kernel: 2.6.35.9
My question is whether or not the camera upgrade was included in this mod? I can see that there is a difference, but I havent been able to see if I got the 720p camera or not. Anyone who knows?
I would say yes, you have 720 recording. To confirm, go to the video camera, select the top settings icon and scroll through the menu. 720 should be listed in the settings, under picture quality...

Im running 6.1.1
It has 720 option...but everytime i try to use the vid came...my phone crashes and reboots.

Yes, it has 720p support.
If your phone crashes trying to use the video camera, make sure you are running a compatible kernel and radio firmware.
I flashed from Rom Manager
Kernal - 2.6.35.9
Everything else works perfect.

I'm assuming that's the kernel that came bundled with the ROM?
What radio firmware are you running?
The stock kernel is pretty good actually. Alternatively, you may try one of the latest Wildmonks kernel if you are having issues with the stock one.

You can identify your radio version by going to Settings --> About phone. It will be listed under "Baseband".
Kernels are flashed as .zips from recovery, just like a ROM. They won't wipe out any settings.
Thank you codesplice! You rock! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

try downloading spirit radio it is an apk file. check if it will work.
Sprint radio is very inconsistent, buggy and frequently refuses to work. But, when it works, it does work fine. If running it does not work, then, only reboot gives any chance of it working.
Sometimes, bluetooth, gets switched on when I run sprint.
Uhm.. Does anyone have an FM RADIO apk file?

Is there a gapps apk pack with a working gtalk with video over 3g/4g app? Either that or any way to enable gtalk video over 3g/4g? I tried the app for root users in the market but it did not work. I am still on the stock rom for fear of flashing a new rom (see my previous post).
Have you confirmed root actually works?

Or try this

I have confirmed root works. I was able to uninstall att bloat but the gtalk enabler app will not work for me. I want to wait for s-off before flashing a rom otherwise I'm thinking that would work too.

Strange I used the app on my wife's vivid and it works perfectly. All it does is Chang a setting from wifi only yes to no.

Hi,
I am trying to install FR's MIUI 2.4.13 ROM on my spice mi410. Currently I am using sharp GB 2.3.5 ROM (rooted). I am trying to install it using CWM 5.0.0.2.7 by TJ. Data, cache, dalvik cache all wiped. And then I installed. Still I am not able to boot. It is continuously rebooting and showing up a blue screen. After trying 3 times. I am back with my earlier ROM.
Please tell me what is it that I am doing wrong... Please help.
Thanks in advance.

Sharp has a newer kernel so first you need to install any official ROM which has the old kernel through SUT or stock recovery and then flash MIUI
Thanks dear,
I was finally able to successfully flash this ROM. It's working fine. However I have some questions for you senior guys. There is a radio app in it. But it's not working. Any idea what's wrong?
Another question is that the features listed by FR about this miui 2.4.13 says that the two way call recording patch is pre-installed. However when I tried to record a call, only my voice was recorded. Any idea what's wrong?
Please help.

Radio doesn't work in MIUI rom and you need to install an app named call recorder for recording calls
Can you tell me which call recorder do I use... (preferably free one) There are so many in the market.

Hi guys,
I am getting random low incoming call volume on FR's MIUI 2.4.13. It's not happening on all calls but on every alternate call. Pushing volume down and then up several times is correcting the issue... Is there any way/patch to correct this.
Also the call recorder is not functioning. It's working when the loudspeaker is turned on. otherwise it's not working. I have tried several apps from the market...
any suggestions guys?

Hy, i realized this problem with any ics rom that you can flash for now. If you use gb stock rom shazam works fine. It has to do with the ics roms i think.
