How to install:
-Download rom

this rom is not Full Wipe
If you want to do a full wipe,is recommended to perform a factory reset before and after flash rom!!!

- I do "wipe data/factory reset"
- install zip from sdcard
- select the file "AxLor_HDBlog.zip
- I also do : in settings>applications>Manage applications>"Market">"Clear data"
- Then, I uninstall market.apk and reinstall an old version and the problem is always here :
- "process com.android.vending has stopped unexpectedly"

Hey guys,
thanks to all that donated to me. I´m currently working on Rom/Kernel and preparing for Miui, I just created something on my train travel time today.
Requirements (For installation infos go at the bottom of the post):
A Rom on your device (odexed)
A custom kernel
Some basic flashing skills
This is for all guys that don´t want to flash a Custom Rom but also don´t like those Samsung apps that nobody uses. This short mod will remove the following apps, and will give you ~100mb more space on your device. First the mod deletes the following apps and then you can choose in the recovery (TouchSupport possible by AROMA Installer) which usefull apps you want to install instead.

Installation:
-- If you don´t have a custom kernel installed, download f.e. Codehawxs latest Gingerbread build and flash it as pda through odin 1.8)
-- If all requirements are fullfiled download the attached zip, copy it to your sd-card, hit "install zip from sd card" and choose this mod. AROMA Installer will start and you can touch to follow the instructions on the screen. (If touch support may not works please post some info about your system here and flash the file by using the Vol-up + Vol-down + Power button.

Not working
Not working on my phone I guess.
It's stuck at the Samsung moving logo (for like 15 minutes now).
Both buttons at the bottom of the phone are lit though.
Guess I should reflash SuperRom 3.1.
Why did you make it remove TouchWiz???

In the zip you still have "nextlauncherbeta3.apk". Wasn't that the reason for the temporary closure here?
Next Launcher is a paid app and so I'm (like the other member before) do not think you can add a beta (where did you get that?) to your Rom.
Please check it again or remove it.

You replied to my post? If yes could you check: I found this apk in the download.
And I read that the download links in a portal thread about the launcher were removed.
I download from the first link again - I want to be sure that I didn't get an old file (in updater-script it's L5 and in build.prop L6).
Update: nextlauncherbeta3.apk is in folder /system/app, I downloaded again from the first link (multiupload.nl).
So I guess the thread owner made a mistake and accidentally added this file again. @Legend: please check it.

Flash it like normal
1. Put the zip in the root of your sd card
2. Boot up your phone in recovery mode
3. Select the apply update from sd card option
4. Open CWM.zip (Clockword Mod recovery)
5. Wipe data,cache,dalvik cache,battery stats etc..
6. Select the apply update from sd card option in CWM
7. Select the AMF ROM.zip
8. Wait for bootup
9. Enjoy
It works best if you use the guide
Increase RAM & Internal Memory Using Link2SD + A2SDGUI + Swapper
