hey !mini users...i was wondering if u guyz want i can create a thread for "Boot animations" which will have a collection of boot animations....and also will provide the easiest method to run them on ur mini (without flashing/using root explorer/adb/terminal emulator)
...All u need to have is ROOT access on your phone with a custom ROM [theres some issue with the stock roms ]...so..what are ur thoughts...?..
if u guyz want i can post it tomorrow...or maybe today!
one more thing- do u want boot animations in packs or seperated?
[in packs it will b more convenient to use]

bugreport: i have found a bug but i am not sure is it a selfmade bug or superuser.
U can update but dont update the su-binary. When update the binary superuser is not working.
HOW TO INSTALL
Flash Clockworkod Recovery :
skip this step if you have clockworkmod installed on your phone
Download :tass-recovery-cwm.tar
Open S5570_Odin Multi Downloader v4.38.exe
Select TASS.Ops on OPS Section
Check One Package in Option
Select tass-recovery-cwm.tar on One Package Section
Press Start to start flashing
Flash FlatzkiROM :
Download and copy the latest FlatzkiROM to SD Card
Reboot to Recovery Mode
Select install zip from sd car
Select choose zip from sd card
Select the new FlatzkiROM R
Select Yes - Install update
Wait till the Installation is finish
Select reboot system now

yes, i use widgetlocker lockscreen
a fully customizable lockscreen, realy great..
with zeus scrip [or app if you have v6.11] you can choose stock lockscreen... the one that slide up to unlock and [if notification shown like sms] slide down to read sms

You could also try MiLocker it's the MIUI locker but works on any ROM, supports themes too. The best part is that it's free
just install an outside locker, I think

sorry mate it can be done only on samsung based stock and custom roms,CM7 has this feature by default..i remember using this feature in cm7 on my Galaxy Ace

I found out that stock rom and kernel is the fastest and smooth kernel and rom build so far that's why I'm using stock

Hey xda peeps
I am sure if u used my WOD rom, u could have found this mod in it, so for some time, people have been requesting me to mod this for pure-cm9 rom by TheWhisp, here's the chance.
The mod gives u a sort of "animation" in ur notification drawer when u pull it down...it always keeps playing, and wont effect any battery life or stability.
I used my favorite image for starters but, if u want me to mod an image of ur's, post it here, i will make it.
Just ensure that the pic's are "frame-by-frame" i.e; like a boot-animation...and yes u can post ur fav boot animation here too, i will mod it..
I also provided a deactivator package, if u dont like it, just in case.
I will make a CM10 and CM10.1 versions, still trying to figure out the xmls since they are lil bit more complicated than ICS...so stay tuned...
