Mods for Android Revolution HD 6.3.x/7.0.x - Desire HD Themes and Apps

Android Revolution HD 6.3.x
Quick Settings XL 2.0
Based on the great work of lyapota for the 6.1.x base
Flashable zip: http://bit.ly/szGtJT
Quick Settings XL 2.0, no recent apps
http://bit.ly/sFdkDG
Quick Settings XL 2.0 + remapped clear button
http://bit.ly/uXd9nK
Disable low battery notification sound & pop-up (+ Quick Settings XL 2.0)
Removed for now, doesn't seem to work for everybody.
Centered Clock (+ Quick Settings XL 2.0)
http://bit.ly/teZf2z (some users reported that it's not working. backup before flashing)
(This mod is in SystemUI.apk which is needed for the Quick Settings XL as well, when flashing this, you get both. The standard quick settings to be more precise, NOT the one with no recent apps or remapped clear button)
Thanks to TheGrammarFreak for the how to.
Lower autobrightness mod with stock percentage battery
http://bit.ly/unIOwg
Wakeup screen with volume buttons
http://bit.ly/v1rGPn
This will overwrite the advanced power menu, if you want both options, flash this:
Wakeup screen with volume buttons + advanced power menu
http://bit.ly/tU8GfG
Fully transparent clock widget
coming soon
Smooth scrolling in app drawer (Froyo-style)
Removes the page by page scrolling and the side bar. Does not change Rosie.apk, this means the change gets applied no matter if you have the stock Rosie or a themed/modded one.
http://bit.ly/uNfMUx
back to stock: http://bit.ly/vmKzFj
Disabled scrolling cache
This removes the logging in dalvik while scrolling, throughout the whole system, which results in smoother scrolling in a lot of apps. It seems to work, I noticed better scrolling speed in QuickPic, Facebook and the most noticable difference was with ES file explorer, which is normally a bit laggy, at least for me. With this mod it became super fast.
Flashable zip
Credits go to AndroidON. Click thanks on his thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1411317

Transparent rosie dock
75% opacity
Flashable zip: http://bit.ly/uUcZ6n
50% opacity
http://bit.ly/v8JNuF
Fully transparent
http://bit.ly/uo92Hm
If you don't like it and want to return to stock, flash this zip: http://bit.ly/t0WmHo
As always when applying a mod, make a backup first.

is there any screenshot? is this app drawer 4x4? has the app drawer the lines between the pages? has the appdrawer the pages bar? is there any back to stock .zip?

The changes are in com.htc.framework.jar, this means it doesn't matter what "matrix" your app drawer has. And yes, the side bar is removed.
But as this mod doesn't change the Rosie.apk, the lines between the pages are still there, one would have to edit them inside of Rosie.apk
I will add a "back-to-stock-zip".

Thank you for your work. Is it possible to have just an APM mod? Or Quick settings combined with APM? Because I don't see one without volume unlock thing...

The link to the "pure" advanced power menu can be found in the second post of ARHD thread. If you want Quick Settings XL as well, you can use my mod, it wont affect the APM.

Hi,
Great work, I now have a "new" DHD.
One of my personal favourite mods are the transparent notification bar, is that a possibility in 6.3.1?
Thanks again!

Notification Bar for CM7

after using cm7, I found out that the notification bar is no longer there. I don't use ADW, so there's no setting I can use to 'unhide' it.
basically I am referring to the shortcuts and/or last recent apps bar when I pull down the notification window.
What do u mean? Cm does not have recent apps in notificationbar as sense rom's have.

I know CM7 doesn't have it, I mean what third party can I install to bring back this feature. I actually prefer shortcut than recent apps, so it doesn't have to be recent apps on the notification bar.
It's pretty easy to get used to using long press home to view recent apps. it's so second nature noter I forgot all about that sense feature.
Swyped on transparent XDA app.
Get cape. Wear cape. Fly!
turns out I have to do something different to bring back the power widget in the notification bar. The power widget (if that's what its called) disappeared when I change the theme, and I've to uncheck 'show power widget' in the Cyanogenmod setting, reboot, and then recheck 'show power widget' again to bring back to power widget.
thanks and considered this case close

Nice! Source?
Excellent!
I've got the source-tree, was waiting for the Galaxy S mods to appear to try tweaking it for the Vibrant.
If you make your changes available somehow at some point, I'd like to try a build, and also see how Openpdroid will get along with the Chameleon permissions-management.
Thanks!

Hi guys, I installed this rom but I have a great problem, for any sms I receive delivery notification (that I pay) even if in settings this feature is off.
That's a great problem for me.
Hei! Wasim! Your rom is just great! But i have encountered a problem. When someone call me, the phone ringtone is not call, just vibrate. And after i answer, i can`t hear another person. I must do reboot. but after some time,..again the same problem. Probably should install again with another cwm? now i have cwm 6. (sorry for my bad english, hope you understand this)

[Q] Lockscreen settings

I'm on ARHD 20.1 and I would love to have a cleaner look on my lockscreen and remove, the clock as well as the defaults apps which are in my dock. It used to be you could edit and choose the apps that are displayed in the lockscreen but now i can only edit the wallpaper.
Any ideas ?

The only way to remove the apps on the lockscreen is to use a different launcher and remove all apps from the dock in Sense before switching to the 3rd party launcher, or, don't have any apps in the dock if you want to use Sense. With regards to the clock on the lockscreen, the only way to remove it is to use ViperOne ROM which has an option to disable it by way of a built in Mod (which I did ask the Dev about releasing it as a standalone Mod as I don't want to use Viper, I had no reply though) ... The other workaround is to delete HTCLockScreen.apk and use the default, Android lockscreen, this has issues though such as having to unlock to answer a call, no message notifications other than in the notification pulldown and same goes for missed calls ... The one positive though is you would do away with the weather and the apps on your lockscreen, and, btw of running some command in terminal, you can enable the ability to have different widgets such as cLock which lets you change colours and depending on your wallpaper, would allow for the possibility of having no clock (purely by having, for example, a black wallpaper and setting cLock up so that the fonts are black, this would essentially hide the clock from your lockscreen.
I use Apex Launcher but I edited a lot of apk's icons manually and they are incorporated into my ROM, same with Mods. I edited icons, menus, alsorts lol to get it set up right and flashable in one go rather than flashing loads of different Mods, it looks the same on Sense does mine btw as the icons in my dock are actually edited right in the apk rather than just chaging them on Apex ... It looks like this:

How did you remove the carrier name?
Hi,
is it really impossible for the moment to have a normally-working lockscreen or "no lockscreen", that does not eat the battery on HTC One?
I have noticed by "OS monitor", that even if I set "HTC no-lockscreen" active - idlescreen process keeps accessing my phone constantly and eating the battery, because it accesses WeatherProvider all the time! I don't want to use weather at all while my phone is locked and besides, I have a third-party Elecon HD weather app that I do use.
When in my custom ROM I set AOSP lockscreen as active - I have to unlock my screen on incoming call and alarming, as described here.
Just want to make sure: no any solution for the moment - to MAKE HTC lockscreen not to access weather service to save battery OR to customize side-lockscreen so, that it would auto-unlock my phone when alarming or incoming call?
