I install bravia engine but i don't see diferences. Can give me more mods for galaxy mini ?
What do you mean by mods? What is bravia engine? If you mean custom ROMs, there are plenty out there, I recommend Cyanogen
I think he mean modification to ROM. Examples: Bravia, xLOUD

Bravia, also if many say that it works on other phones, doesn't work for own mini and for "other" phones cause we should compile some (2) library for armv6 and we must have also right semc framework from Arc stock rom (for example)
So, who say that it works, example on own mini, he has only a placebo effect.
About xLoud, my suggestion is to not use on mini because is often many unstable. You should use instead DSP manager only. This last works really very well
cn u provide link for bracia engine for galaxy mini??
maybe it can be worked but with big risk absolutely
bravia, supercharger, boost
i've tried bravia on my mini with cyanogen..
i can't feel any different..
i also tried "supercharger" and "adrenaline shot (boost)"...
i have lag on my mini..
I have tried xloud on cm7.2RC5.6...A little improvement on sound on headphone, but never found any issue with it..

i think it works
Same thing for me, i have put bravia engine on my device but i don't see differences, im not sure that bravia really works.

Hi I want to ask if i can flash Custom Rom From Xperia X10 Mini PRO To X8.
I am asking about Xperia X10 mini PRO, not just mini
Here's the custom rom i would like to flash: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1366713
If it's not possible to directly flash, can it be ported to x8?
It's got more fixes than rom for x8
I think it could be ported, but it's very difficult because the only thing I'm common whit our device is the screen size, other things like CPU,drivers and etc are very different.
EDIT
Damn.i understood "Mini Pro" only, not "X10 mini pro",in that case maybe its possible, just like minicm!Sorry!

X10 Mini roms can be ported to our X8, some simple values need to be changed, nothing that big. BUT, the rom apps must have MDPI resources, if the rom apps only support LDPI, you're screwd.
X10 Mini PRO is the same as X10 Mini BUT you need to edit the keylayouts and that things (i think if we port from X10 Mini we also need to do that, but i'm not quite sure, i think they share the same keylayouts and keychars and blablabla)
Hope this helped
This ROM is flashed before by fifo171 to the X8, and he got it booting.
Including myself, many others fail in coming this far, so trouf & co. are working on a X8 AOSP version of ICS here
Hi! Do you need a really fast ICS ROM? CM Lite by maxio1998 v1 Beta is perfect for you!
It's an AOSP ROM based on CM9 RC1 for Sony Xperia arc/arc S. It has a lot of unuseful apps deleted and that's why it's so fast. ROM is dedicated to people who love fast and smooth Android without taking care of awesome MIUI visual look and battery drain. The kernel used here is very stable and overclockable FXP 126. With FXP you can overclock up to 1,6 GHz. Governors available:
conservative
ondemand
userspace
powersave
interactive (i am using that one)
perfomance (perfext for benchmarks)
IT'S A BETA, BUT SHOULD WORK AS A STABLE RELEASE
ROM is dedicated for Xperia arc S, but it will work on arc also. Only processor's frequency is set up to 1 GHz, so after flashing the ROM overclock your CPU as you want.
Download ROM: http://speedy.sh/pDGBc/Lite-CM-by-maxio1998.zip
Download Kernel: http://speedy.sh/AGrtW/bootanzu126.img
Gapps: http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip
If any of links doesn't work send me a private message or type in comments.
FXP/CM KERNEL MATCHES LITE CM BY MAXIO1998 ONLY!How To install Lite CM by maxio1998?
Download ROM, kernel and Gapps
Flash kernel via fastboot
Go to Recovery
Make backup (optionally)
Wipe data and cache
Install ROM and Gapps
Reboot and enjoy Lite CM by maxio1998
Screenshots will be available... Soon.
So at the moment this is just CM9 with some of the apps removed and without any tweaks? [

Not really. It has some modifiations and improvements like turned on hardware rendering or new boot animation. In next releases I am planning to accelerate GPU with modificated Adreno drivers.

yes..you are right...
This is just sad! Trying to market a rip-off by taking on the FXP team's hard work.
Deleting apps and adding (wow) a new boot animation? :O That sure must have taken a lot of effort, huh?
This is pathetic on so many different levels.

I don't totally agree with you considering it being open source, thus adding or tweaking options should be consider legit. I have seen a lot of members using DoomLoRD, Jimbo77 and others sources and made them into their own ROM or Kernel without too many people complaining about it. Perhaps something good will come out of this, if we give the guy a chance to continue? But posting a link for donations or neglecting to mention the original developers is as you express it, pathetic or at least shamefull.

Hi all,
I am a flash-o-holic. And I've updated my 2.3.6 ShadowROM-Demonslayer 2.1E to 4.0.4 UltraGen 1.6. It's a major differnce but I like it.
Before I went to ShadowROM I was on CyanogenMod 9 RC 5 by Ivendor and I had AC!D AudioMOD installed. Now I got some problems.
Everytime I want to flash version 4 from AC!D AudioMOD I got boot problems. Version 3 however, which was dedicated to Unicef, worked perfect for me.
I've got some questions:
1) Can someone provide me Version 3 of AC!D AudioMOD?
2) If not, can someone provide or give me some advice for an good soundenchanger and please dont call Beats Audio cuz in my opnion it doesnt work..
Regards.........

hey guys...!!! Recently i tried cyanogen mod 10.1.2..!!! I was not much happy with it because it dint have any apps..but maybe after adding apps...it may work nicely..!!!
However I'm really confused to what custom ROM to use???
I know that I should not ask this question...however if anyone can guide me with the best rom to use which has really nice battery improvement, system tweaks, performance and sound quality...!!!
I am not asking this to insult any other custom rom builders...!! I need to know what is the best for my xperia z..!!! so just asking this..!!!
There is no best rom. Try them for yourself and use the one that is best for you.

It depends on the piece of string I believe.
I run stock with DoomKernal & a few Xposed Modules. Or Cyanogenmod / AOKP. But with anything but stock you run the risk of something not working correctly. It depends on the string like I said.

hmm thnx for the reply..!!! i understand your point however cyanogen mod is good however camera is not working properly as it should be with the original stock rom...!!! also the sound quality is not good however i have added the purex mod of sound and it works like a charm...sound is really awesome..!!!
i need that only things for the custom rom...
As per the performance, xperia z is always good...everything is fine however i just need a good battery life...!!!

Playing around with voltages etc. in the Kernel, screen brightness, unused services results in pretty good battery times. For best battery results it's best to stay stock. Cyanogen and AOKP are not great on battery at the moment (from what i've read)

Just change the kernel. All the other stock stuff works fine then.
