go to the root of your directory
then go to data folder
then again go to data folder
find a folder named "com.adobe.flash player"
then go to lib folder and paste there
if the files are not able to be pasted move the flash player to internal memory

hmm does this work well in mini? anyone tested

Yeah, It's says "application not installed" for me as well. What now?

Your welcome
i now know how to add apk files to an update.zip, but the bootanimation.zip just went right over my head
If i want a new bootscreen, do i have to make a whole new custom rom, or can i just flash the new bootscreen?

You can just delete all other files and folder so you only have fx if your bootscreen is placed like this: META-INF and system system> customize> resource>bootanimation.zip
That should be your only files and folders. Of course if you your bootscreen is placed in data/local/bootanimation.zip then that should be your only directories and files
Limit?
Really like this and it would make trying different Rom easier for me but is there a limit to the amount of apk's you can add or a maximum Rom size?
Have tried again and again over the last couple of days to add 32 (free market apk's) to VillianRom12 but can only get a successful flash at around 12 Apk's and a Rom size of 122mb.
All other tries give me an Error while flashing saying something along the lines of "Error with Line 11" and "Flash aborted".
After a successful flash and reboot 'SD & Phone storage' says I have 158mb of Internal Phone Storage is that different storage to where the Rom is Flash.
If this is not possible can I flash an Update.zip with just the apks?
Thanks. A bit of a Noob.

Yes I think there's a limit of how many apps you can add you just have to install the rest manually

Can you help me ?

My post no. 200 LMAO
That happens sometimes. Not all apps work when they are put in system/app. Try putting them in data instead. If that doesen't work you just can't do it with those apps and you'll have to install them from market...
BTW are you sure these apps are Froyo compatible?
A list of what the apps are and whether they are safe to remove would be really helpful. Although probably a lot of work to compile. Just a suggestion. Great tutorial though

Yeah that would be nice but right now i'm working on a new version of my theme for the new version of Cronos Droid...

Paid Apps Themer 1.0 (Customize w/o being Penalized) [Script] [Windows]

FACT : You cannot share a paid app that you modified (themed)
ALTERNATIVE: This script.
This is for themer's who would like to share a paid app that they themed but can't due to the rules.
Instructions for the themer :
1. Download zip
2. Extract zip
3. Run script (RunMe.bat)
4. Enter information
5. It'll produce a .zip
6. This zip has all the necessities for a user to get ur theme onto their paid app (Just upload that zip for users)
Instructions for the user :
1. Download zip
2. Extract zip
3. Make sure phone is connected to pc
4. Make sure u have adb/java
5. Make sure the app is installed on ur phone
6. Run the script
7. Done
The script that this script produces does the following :
1. Pulls apk from phone <- This is the key, if apk is not on ur phone, u can't do anything
2. Extracts apk
3. Replaces ur images/mods in folders u mentioned
4. Zips the apk
5. Signs the apk
6. Uninstalls that app from your phone
7. Installs themed apk
8. Done
Side-effects :
- Non froyo devices will be able to see that there is an update if they install the modified apk, however on froyo devices it wont
- U will not be able to update that app from the market, u'll have to uninstall that app, reinstall updated version from market and then apply the patch again.

Hmm the "placehere" folder is missing from my zip for some-reason. Regardless these are the steps u shud take :
1. Extract zip
2. U shud have (7za.exe,RunMe.bat,signapk.jar,testkey.pk8,testkey.x509.pem)
3. make a folder called "placehere"
4. Create folders inside as per need (refer to video for that)
5. Run the script
6. U'll end up with a zip where u just need to extract the zip and run the script inside.
I just tested it and i don't have an empty zip, try again and let me know.
I just told someone today this wasnt possible... thank you sir...

1framework-res_I9001XXKP4_signed.zip is the file that I updated the updater-script so you can flash it in the in-build recovery.

looked in a thread

cheers!!
Hi,
Is there any posibility to change framework-res.apk file without CWM? I don't want to instal CWM becouse of it has a problem with front side cam and I need this cam. It's can't be overwritten when the phone works. Maybe some adb and push command is possible.
Could you help me by describing the whole procedure? Sorry for my English.
