Hello,
I am unable to see WhatsApp in the Market.
So I have downloaded it seperately from another site and tried to install it.
The installation failed with the error "App not installed".
Furthermore I tried to copy WhatsApp to the system apps, but it didn't work as well.
I am on the latest CyanogenMod nightly. Changing DPI didn't change anything about my problem, too.
Hope you can help me
with best regards.
Tried with the old market .. didnt help.

Has it suddenly stopped are you using a custom rom have you tried market fix in SGS Tools have you read the faqs and posts on market fixes and problems on here .
jje
I am using a custom rom (seeARMS) but haven't had this problem ever, and I've been using the rom for months. This is recent. Haven't tried SGS tools because I can't download any apps, remember ? I am not on WIFI and my signal is perfectly fine.
Ok so I did a full restore, to a previous time when it did in fact work, which was after a factory reset, and STILL nothing works. I click "ok" and nothing downloads.
Is this is a google cache issue ? It's not much phone. How do I fix this
No one knows? it happens when i do a restore of my apk's and data using mybackup pro
you probably may of done this already but.... have you gone under settings > manage applications > market > clear cache ??
then reboot, this kinda thing has happened to me a lot. and that always works.
Hi,
I have a problem,,, I have a rooted tab, I installed some apps... and recently I have been getting "process com.android.mms stopped unexpectedly"... after which, my WiFi doesn't work, Bluetooth doesnt work and some apps start to force close.
I tried to remove the apps that force close by themselves like PowerAmp but i am unable to unistall! when I try to unistall, Superuser also forcecloses.
I have wiped the device clean 3 times so far, re rooted, reinstalled the clockworkmod etc... it works for a couple of days then starts crashing again!
is there a way to find out what is causing this...
thanks.
Are you using a t-mobile tab? And if so are you using it as 2g + phone?
I use to have the same issue. It didn't stop happening for me until I started using a custom rom.
I am using a custom Rom. It was working fine.
I suspect it is an application I am using that is causing this. but I cannot figure out which one!
Guys, someone please help... After I reinstalled the RoM etc... I just got the same msg today!
Process com.android.mms crashed and followed by whatsapp and photobucket and wifi doesnt work etc etc..
Are you sure your flashing the rom correctly, it should fix these errors, or download the rom agan, maybe your download is corrupt
Yes... it has been working since my last Flash which was April 15 without any issues.
I downloaded some apps from Market yesterday and today I restarted the Tab and when I did I started getting the MMS error again.
When this happens, I am unable to Uninstall any apps, clear cache or data from Settings/applications, or do anything...
Even my previous Backup which was done in Recovery mode is not there :S
There must be some fix for this... Its really frustrating.
I deleted MMSSMS.DB file and still I get the same errors... Seems like an app that I installed received a msg or something and that msg is corrupt... If I didnt know any better, I would think its a virus!
try a factory reset , i hope your problem will go
Hi,
I have tried to install swypebeta onto my SGS I9000 with both CM7 and MIUI ROM.
Whenever I try to run the swype installer (ver. 1.1.20186(12.01) I get the following error message
Swype Installation Failed
You have an old version of
the installer. Please upgrade
I've tried to remove all items from my downloads folder, as well as reboots. These have seemed to fix the problem for other people but not my own.
Does anybody know of a solution?
UPDATE: I am now trying the Swype beta v3 and still receive the same issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
THANKS!
I installed this rom, but I have a problem with the market.
Many applications are not installed or updated and the error is: error (921)
How can I fix?
Thanks to all.
I solved doing a full wipe again
