Hay mate for arabic and urdu the rom i found yet is Amestris rom he has bulletin support for these language and the message seems normal no breaking

hey so yeah have my galaxy tab 2 wifi version running 4.1.1 im new to flashing so looking for advice where to start on first time rom users! i dont want any1 to say this one is best etc... just advise on a easy basic starter rom with link. i fully plan on trying more when i become used to process. and i know to root first! but will i need cwm also? thanks

Hmmm... I don't see why not. There are threads on here that show how you can port roms to other devices, and from the S to the S+ it shouldn't be too hard to do at all.
But I don't know, not a porter myself. You'd have to ask the developer of that rom and anyone who knows a thing or two about it.

Hello guys recently I flashed tiger rom because i heard it was for s advance. However, after looking up in google, I found out that it was available for the Samsung galaxy s advance and even after searching in xda forums, I could not find it. So, can we flash roms for galaxy s and use them on the s advance??

No, you cannot flash ROMs made for the Galaxy S on the Galaxy S Advance. They have to be ported or build from source. The ROM which you are looking for might be this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2446757
