I Need Turkish RUU update

Hi guys. I need turkish ruu files for incredible s. I have found filefactory directory there are turkish language included ruus but none of them is original turkish. So i can't use them for recover the s-on. Anyone have it ?

I think you can't use any RUU on S On Devices

That is an incorrect statement. RUU are official HTC files and will work on S-On devices. You may have to use a goldcard to flash a RUU from a different carrier or region, but a goldcard will work just fine on an S-On device.

Yes. This is what the RUU is. I mean ruu's mean to be update s-on devices. =)
And sorry about the first post I wrote it with xda app with my phone. (It uses Turkish T9) So some text gone weird.

[Q] What Version do I flash?

I have a HTC Inc S with CID {HTC_038}. Can I install The ICS RUU? Also, what is my stock gingerbread RUU?

Yeah thanks, What version of GB can i flash for my phone.
CID is on the first post.
Update--
I made a goldcard with the guide posted here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1104226
and used it. I inserted the card and flashed the rom but it did not work.

Google the ruu that you want to download with your ro.carrier (e.g. HTC_SEA_WWE_Asia)

New to Htc One!

Hi guys!
Im a noob in this section of the forum .
I just bough a Htc One from someone and it was the version from Taiwan.
Its the version Htc One 801e.
I live in Greece ,Europe so I tried to make my Htc an Euoropen one.
What I did the first thing was be unlocked ,S-Off and to change CID so now I have SuperCid.
Than I tried to change and the Model ID.
I took the tutorial from here and the file from step 2 just [email protected]#*t my new phone.I could boot in fastboot only but the screen was washed with many colors.I installed a wrong hboot.
I dont know why I needet this file because the zip file was for Htc Dna.
What I did to revive my phone was to download the firmware zip file from here and install it like the other one. :laugh:
Now do I need the change Model ID so I can use the RUU for European Version or I'm ok with SuperCid an S-Off?
If yes any good tutorial because the last one wasnt a good one!

You have no reason to try to change model id. S-off and eng hboots are serious stuff, you could easily brick your phone. Set super cid. Flash ruu. Good to go.

Yes, but you won't get OTA updates.
Or LTE.

To receive Ota upadates should I update and the Model Id???
I know that I can not have LTE because the modem is for 3g only!

MID and CID need to be correct, then you can flash the correct RUU or backup of a suitable ROM, and then OTAs should appear. Of course, you'll need stock recovery to install them.

I have now supercid 11111111 and mid PN0711000
So to make my HTC One like a Europian Version I should change the Cid to HTC__001 and Mid to PN0710000 ???

I'm not 100% on this, but I believe mid does not matter. With the Google edition, people who did not change mid still received ota's. Plus changing the mid is a lot riskier than changing the cid.

Thats why I am asking here id I need to change the MID.
I want this for the European RUU so I will have a Htc One like a 801n expect of the LTE that I will not have because of the radio!

The conversion will work just fine without changing the MID. Its the ota's I'm not sure about.

As I said before, you should because GPe phones get their update with any mid, but there's no way to be certain until an ota comes out.

Return to stock fo warranty

Hi everybody. I have a Telus Htc One with the bootloader unlocked, s-on and I have a custom recovery. What can I so to return back to stock, remove tempered and lock the bootloader. I need to returnmy phone for warranty.

There is a ruu for your phone?
If yes, you can try to use it if the version main of your phone is the same.
But if you can't use a ruu, you have to go s-off, and after flash the ruu

No I think that there is no ruu for my phone. So what I have to do im completlu noob

You've to find a nandroid backup of your version main, and acheive the s-off for remove the tampered string.

I thought you knew by now that rumrunner isn't hboot dependent.
It might as well work with whatever firmware OP has.

Hboot 1.57
Tmob cid101
Unlock htcdev.... Done
Rooting .... Done (cwm +supersu)
S-off ...... Error with rumrummer and firewater)
No luck with downgrading my hboot to 1.44
Anyone an idea how to achieve s-off ?
I want to change my cid so i can install a other ruu or can i flash a custom without s-off??
Any help is welcome.
The reason for this is that i'm still stuck at sense 5.5

Change recovery to TWRP 2.6.3.3 flash ARHD 71.1 or InsertCoin 3.0.3 or MaximusHD, enjoy Sense 6

Have you tried to get S-OFF with the combination in this post?

Depends what error message you get in Firewater. If it's the whelp this sucks then you can't s off

I tried that yesterday , but I got an error message something about wrong kernel and kernel has an anti-firewater block
