Apps disappearing...reappear after reboot? - Motorola Droid Bionic

Anyone experience some apps disappearing, then re-appearing after a reboot?
Unrooted and stock still.

[Q] XDA app bug

for some reason, on more than one rom, I can't view pages of threads which contain voting polls.
Best example is the MIUI 2.3 rom in the development section, if I try to open page 1 it just sits at processing, any thread with a vote poll on it does that.
Lol Id also like this solved since im the OP of the MIUI thread and Cant get to it either, btw you posted in the wrong section O:...I think...idk
Same here. Sometimes it just force closes.

+1 search on xda app is 110% useless
The search is practically non existant, mt biggest gripe is the no way to thank people, get thanked or even f'ing see how many times a person had been thanked.
Having the same problem. Happens on a lot of threads for me. The MIUI thread is a repeatable bug every time I hit double arrow to get to the OP. Tried to uninstall / reinstall but it didn't help any.
Will the moderators forward this on? Is there even a way to post / track bugs on XDA?

My camera takes 4-8 seconds to launch and is SLOW to focus and take pictures. The blue tint is gone though, yes.
But its not usable if it doesn't launch in a second and shoot within a second of hitting the button. Especially trying to shoot a moving 1 year old.

Keep in mind this is a cell phone. I will admit though of all the droids I've had, this one is the slowest to launch by far. I feel like they could probably make it faster to start up.

That's a wee bit of a cop out excuse though. I've had quite a few android phones and an iphone at one point. I also own a very expensive DSLR. It be different if I had unrealistic expectations, but a quick launch camera and a quick point and shoot is definitely within the realm of possible. My frist droid x and droid incredible were lightning fast and very useful. It needs some optimization. The current camera is unnacceptable to take a shot. Shot quality if the stars align are actually really good and the video camera is fine (and focusses faster than the camera) hopefully some effort will br put into it.

I thought one of the biggest selling points to the droid was the fact that it came with a 8mp hd camera. But turns out to be the bigggest fail. Yes its a phone but its a smart phone bought with the thought that it could do thing better than a normal cell phone.
Guys, please keep this thread on topic. Plenty of camera threads around or start your own, thanks!

You might be able to but you can just use the OTA leak. I have it hosted on rootzwiki if you want to look. Wont link to it though.

Browser page share button removal?

Has anybody found a way to remove the page share button in the stock browser?
Thanks in advance
I would like this as well, or even link it to the default share options instead of the blur social app.
Or possibly make it a refresh button.

Why? Why would you post this in development? It's a question. Did you develop something?

I thought the development section would be appropriate due to the fact that it requires accesses to root of the system of the phone, I always thought general was always for basic questions, im am so sorry for posting that in the wrong section.
I appreciate you contacting a moderator swiftly to fix this apparent huge mistake that I made.
Thanks for taking your time out of your day to correct my honest mistake and then reply with a degrading comment, your a true forum hero.

There is a really good feature on this forum, it is called SEARCH, have you heard of google its a search engine you type what you want to find and it gives you results? Then you don't need to be here all day
Try this http://bit.ly/10V7iry
Alternatively you can unlock your bootloader and have root today

If it takes you all day to browse through the first few pages of General and Q&A then you're not doing it right.

Official CM Support

Don't know if anyone saw this yet and haven't seen a post, but it is official. The CM team has picked up support for the Atrix HD. Here is the article on Android Police and the official CM page.

I'm assuming you're one of those people that jump to conclusions. Yes, I used the search, been around and cooked enough on the windows mobile platform on here and other forums to know better. Found nothing when I searched. That is why I posted. So thank you for assuming, but your assumption was wrong.

Yeah. I saw it. Did a forum search using the keywords official, support, CM, and Atrix HD. That post didn't show up. If it did wouldn't have posted. My point towards Echo is to not to assume and to be a bit more friendlier. This is after all a community to help others and to spread information. Bad will towards other would have not be tolerated in the forums I modded and administrated on. The mods can deleted this thread since it doesn't serve any purpose since the information was already posted. I hate useless posts. That's why I only post when I have something to say. Thank you for pointed out the post.

Are you freaking serious right now? Who cares if he didn't use the search button quit frankly I was thankful I didn't need to scroll through to find this cause it was right on top. Just be thankful that there is other people looking and probing for new info about our device. I like to go by the saying my mom always used. If you don't have nothing nice to say then say nothing at all

@Matt
The point of the search is so you don't have to scroll to find what you're looking for. Unfortunately it isn't perfect and will not always find what you are looking for.
We could probably discuss this all day, but what would be the point. It happened. Let's all just move on.
Mods - Please either lock or delete this thread.
Thanks.
