Censorship - Cure the infection [L4D2]

For those who don't know, the sequel to Valve's hit cooperative zombie shooter - Left 4 Dead - was refused classification in Australia, instead requiring a low-violence version with no uncommon infected, corpses, blood, etc.
Not only does this remove the plain fun of shooting zombies, but eliminating visual feedback is detrimental to gameplay, and the elimination of uncommon zombies makes it near impossible to play online, as you'll be booted off any non-Australian servers.
To counter this, I've written a small launcher to patch and run the game each time. Its not illegal to own the full-violence version, only to sell it or let minors play.
I haven't seen many posts about games here, but I have seen many Australian and German members, so if anyone from either country loves to relive stress into a zombie skull or knows anyone who does, enjoy.
Doesnt work mate, at least not in vista

One day, if I ever have the cash for it... Or we can combine it with the iPhone game thing:
Make a best-selling iPhone game, and then buy MacBook Pros with the proceeds. Bring them to a Starbucks for a much publicized event (make them think that you are launching the next game). Once you are there, start smashing all the MBPs and encourage the crowd to do the same. Then whip out your favourite Android phone(s)
Win.
I'm a little scared at how much of that list i've already done.
But one more to add to the list, that I have not done.
Get into a physical fight over O/S preference (Mac vs Win vs Linux etc)

If I must.
All XDA Mods are penis-sucking knob-jockeys. Who all hate bacon. And as such, should have their balls ripped off. Or balls sewn on and then ripped off if female.
Good enough? XD
Also - the thread title is messed up. It should read "50 Geeky Things to Do Before You Die"

SimSportsWorld - Sports Simulation Site (Basketball, Baseball, Football & More)

http://www.simsportsworld.com/forum/register.php?referrerid=94
SimSportsWorld is a website created by Rob Gardener which has been relaunched in April 2011 with a whole new attitude. It is currently only supporting basketball simulation (we're in Season 2) and baseball is scheduled to be in full swing *no pun intended* within the coming week(s). Then, in August, football will be implemented as well. Down the road there is plan to add ALL KINDS of sports, including tennis and many many others.
The simulation is bar non leaps ahead of its competition. Rob is an absolutely devoted developing genius who spends hours and hours bringing the simulation to a whole new level. The current system in place for basketball allows development from high school, into college and finally the pros. You can create players or coaches. You are given three free "slots" when you first sign up to do what you please, be it create players or coaches (or a combination of the two). Baseball will also bring a high school level, college and the pros.
There are also points which can be purchased from the point store which can be used to purchase cards, buy shares in teams to become a team owner as well as boost your players. New sets of cards are released each season for each sport and can be collected and eventually will be able to be traded between players, adding yet ANOTHER aspect of the game and reaching out to other types of users such as those who enjoy collecting cards.
In closing, I invite you to take a look around this site, read the forums and see just what we as a community have to offer over at SimSportsWorld.
Yours truly,

[APP] Cousinosity -[R]- 8/13/2011 -[U]- 8/21/2011 -[V]- 0.3

Name: Cousinosity
Update: version 0.3 is published (and should appear on the Marketplace within 24 hours). It includes a pivot with four additional items:
--an inverse operation that takes descent data and produces family tree info,
--an integrated browser pointing to the wikipedia page on cousin (includes history, etc.),
--an info screen with feedback buttons, and
--an item that collates the bizarre laws on marriage between first cousins in US states.
Cousinosity is the largest collection of things you weren't sure you wanted to know about cousins!
Original Description: Now available in the Windows Phone Marketplace! At the moment it is very simple: input the generations to the nearest common ancestor and see what kind of cousins you are ("fourth cousins twice removed", etc.). There are a few amusing Easter eggs with the edge cases. Cousinosity is useful for quickly settling the perennial argument about what "second cousin three times removed" means.
This is my first foray into development, and I was astounded at the high quality of the resources and tools MS provides, even for a rank amateur. I have ideas for more ambitious projects in the coming months, but I wanted to start contributing to the community as soon as I was able to. Any ideas, suggestions, or criticisms you have are welcome!
Source: me.

Update published, should appear within 24 hours
Cousinosity v0.3 is now in the Marketplace (or will be, within 24 hours)! While v0.1 was merely a humble implementation of subtraction, v0.3 includes a slew of new features. Spend minutes investigating the bizarre laws governing first cousin marriage in the US! Read about "double cousins" in the Wikipedia. Start with "fourth cousin six times removed" and figure out where the nearest common ancestor is!
If there's something you think would be good to include, I can code it up and put it in a new pivot.

Thanks! I'd like to next add a function that will allow you to input a simple relation database and will produce a graphical family tree. I'm getting busier with work, so that might take a bit to sort out.
At the risk of shameless self-promotion, if you actually like this thing I would really appreciate it if you could rate and/or review it on the Marketplace. So far the reviews I've gotten have been mostly written by people who didn't take the time to understand what the app does. Yes, this means I need to put more work into making certain things clearer, but I wish those reviewers had just used the included support email button. I have no way of pushing back.

[GAME] Potion Lore - Coming Soon!

After a longer than necessary development time, we are finally getting ready to release our first indie game Potion Lore.
Potion Lore Teaser Trailer:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dTDxSvpgZ9A
You play as an alchemy genius named Professor Stange and must sneak through a dark castle to retrieve the stolen potion lore. Stange has a few magic potions to help him get by the many different types of castle guards. Each potion affects each guard differently; some will stun them for a short time, others will transform them into hideous monstrosities! You must think carefully about how to use your potions in order to complete each level.
Tell us what you think!
Looks good
