Scroll down to page 8 of the 10-Q. Cash and cash equivalents (highly liquid investments with a maturity of three months or less.) Take a look at the FMV valuation for those investments. The current value of all cash and cash equivalents held by Apple is 76,156 (in millions) or 76.156 billion dollars.

Heard over the news that a guy from silicon valley joked about this saying "Apple can't do no wrong while the govt. can't do anything right"

I know the American judicial and patent system is broken, but surely a jury that was being steered by a single person is NOT a jury, a jury that made up their mind on the first day and spent less than 90 seconds on each decision is NOT a jury, a jury that wanted to get home for the weekend is NOT a jury...

I actually signed a pre-order agreement back on 5/2/13 with the understanding that the order would be entered when stock was available to be shipped. I figured someone else may have been told the same thing and may have also gotten this same email. Like most folks here, I'm anxious to get my hands on this device.

Oh OK. Well theres a sprint HTC one section. You probably will get more responses there
