Anybody know why this happens?? I have this bug in all themes that I tried to apply in every rom.

How are you applying them?
Normal fool-proof is:
Apply system>reboot>apply new theme>reboot
Might not help, so when you flash new roms, do you also do a proper wipe?

turn it off, then charge it. when it shows the charging indicator you can turn it back on, should be fine.
