I would start by adding the fonts and swapping the keyboard. System language will still be what ever you have it set to now but will able to read write Arabic.

you need to install Arabic font. This will help you read arabic but the phone language will not change and for the writing just install arabic keyboard from the market.

its possible..but u need to search theme section for how to tutorial..

use the secsettings.apk from a tablet rom.

Proplem font changing or viewing

hi iam using samsung note 5 sm-N920C 64gb 4gb ram rooted and using nfuel kernal with s8 addon premissive kernal
my proplem is when iam on telegram app some characters showing up as boxes and sometimes boxes withe X in it and some other apps too
but on desktop app shows prefectly, tried to follow every thread and soultion but no chance for getting soultion for my problem
change font with ifont and fontfix and from settings no luck...more clear things in photos, any one would help me>>please don't redirect me to another thread iam tired from failing and this problem making me crazy...and sorry for my bad english.
