I think this is what you're looking for: MiuiMusic.apk
I grabbed this out of the NS4G ROM Ice and Fire ROM posted on 8/12

It depends how you see it
ICS are released by LG to LG Optimus 2X
But, there's two versions of O2X, the southkorean SU660 and the worldwide P990
It's the SU660 that got official ICS, the rest of the world are still waiting for the P990 build.

Read the ROM threads for those based on the LG Stock ROM.

Cyanogenmod 10.1 with a theme called lg user interface
