When I want to flash my rom I go to the SPL screen...
I do not have SERIAL or USB wroten in the white part of screen.
How can I do to repair?

Hey, go on http://www.htc.com/wwe and go to Support, select Touch Diamond, and install an Official ROM update. Cheers.

my HTC Touch HD is buyed at first quarter of 2009.
I thinked i had buy a german Phomne, but the seller has sold me a English WWE from Czech Rep. with a german rom. Now i have a problem with the alignment of the screeen. Because of that i flashed a new shipped rom.
_HTC Touch HD_MR_2009_RUU_BlackStone_HTC_GER_1.56.407.2_Radio_52.60.25.33_1.12.25.16DE_Ship.exe
But the screen are not in full quality resolution at startup and the problem of the alignment are not gone.
After i have called the german support hotline i flashed the following rom from sunnysoft.com witch are recommended by the hotline for my s/n .
RUU_BlackStone_HTC_WWE_EastEurope_1.56.479.0_Radio_52.62.25.34_1.13.25.24_Ship.exe
But the problems are still there.
Before i send my phone to repair, i would ask in this forum for ideas.
Someone have some?

my guess is that there is a hspl on it and its the wrong one:-o
also you can bypass screen alignment by putting a file called welcome.not on the root of youre storage card and it will be alignd automaticly
you flashed a 1.56 spl rom so you shpould have spl 1.56
turn the phone completly off and press volume down
while keeping it pressed down briefly press the power button so you can see wich spl you have
if it isnt 1.56 flash 1.56 spl to youre phone

That's the ROM my HD was shipped with.
And I still have no problem at all when I flash it.
So, as Miniterror wrote, it has to be HSPL problem.
Since I never used HSPL (always and only USPL), here's information I get in bootloader mode:
BLAC100 32M
SPL-1.54.0000 (yes, it's really 1.54 - just rechecked!)
MicroP-Blackstone (LED) v6

i want to downgrade to 1.5 or original
but if after bootloader appear (3 color)
and screen go to loading...stuck in this screen
with word loading...

sorry for my poor English..i have HTC T-mobile hd7 and after reading posts about how to install custom ROM i tried to do that and it works fine for me..
but after flashing 3rd custom ROM it was broke and won't start ever
but my friend by riff box success to fix that problem and now it start automatic to bootloader screen..and now don't know what i need to flash any rom and make it normal again..I'll attach photo of my bootloader screen...

Which ROM did u flash and u don't have any kind of XSPL....you should have R/H SPL and then flash a custom rom....
Did u flash a hd7 rom? Or another?
