So I saw another android phone that has a puzzle piece you move to unlock the phone.
is this available for nexus s?
what you seen is a galaxy s phone or a galaxy s line but there isn't one available as of now but in near future if enough people are interested it could be ported

It should be ported from the epic gingerbread leak will take the least amount of modding the file is in epic themes and apps posted by my boy maddoggin. I'm not touching it until we have the quick panel ported

Guys go ahead and ask this in the Vibrant section.
The devs from Vibrant have gotten the lockscreens of phone's from HTC's and stuff. I'm sure they could help you guys get it. It's not as great as it looks btw.

The vibrant isn't aosp this is way more work samsung comes set up to run the touchwiz locks by default. I've got the epic dev helping who ported it and I'm officially out of his league now. Not being as good as it looks is a matter of opinion, people appreciate choices and the music controls on the lockscreen itself is a bonus

I want to just share with everyone, new and old here, that Thecube has been working very hard on creating a stable Rom for our beloved phone. I have seen some impressive things on youtube, search: Tylerfixer. I honestly am going to be paying for this Rom when it comes, and I would like to suggest that you do too as well. This will help to purchase items to test, bluetooth etc. It will help "pay" him for his time spent on this project. I just know he has worked very hard to produce this, and make it right. I know I appreciate it.
Thank you very much, for your hard work, Sir

While I fully agree, I don't think we'll be seeing a Decrap 2. Cubed is working on a CM7 release, and that will probably be the biggest thing to hit this phone since 4g.

Decrap 2 will come, but it's on hold for a few weeks since I no longer have service on my dev phone, and cm7 is a HUGE milestone to achieve for this phone.
Decrap 2 (actually, 1.2) will contain by default:
* Less crap!
* Gingerbread theme
* Fixed Gingerbread keyboard (with working dictionary)
* ...and a wifi tethering app that actually works!
The timeline is pretty much going to depend on when I get a public release of CM7 out. Once I get that out, I'm sure I'll have the support of a much larger base of developers to lend me a hand since I'm just one guy
Also, thanks y'all for all the nice comments and compliments

Cube,
I am noob Running LGVS910 4g that has been rooted (thanks to all the posts on this site) enough said. where do I download decrap and do you have an update on CM7 on the revo
Decrapped is very, very old... Cubed doesn't frequent the forums and CM7 is on hold until we here otherwise from cubed. Also, if you flashed decrapped you would lose your radio (assuming you are on gingerbread and not somehow still on V4)
From what I read Decrap 1.0-1.1 is the same as Revolt 1.0-1.5 and GingerVolt 1.0-1.2 is base on Revolt.
Only difference is Decrap is made by thecube then mtmichealson took over to update to Revolt then GingerVolt
If you're on GingerBread, just flash GingerVolt 1.2

Decrapped is cubed.
Revolt is mts' own ROM
(if on gingerbread both of these will make you lose your radio)

For now, decrap2 is going on "semi-permanent" hold, since Revolt Rom is pretty much what decrap2 was going to be

My understanding is that the drivers have to be rewritten from scratch when moving to ICS. If that's really the case, it would be a long, hard road to move to ICS, and could only be done by a really seasoned developer. With that said, I only know one person who *might* be able to work at that low of a level, and we haven't seen him in quite a while around here.
So here's something you can count on:
The Nook Color will see ICS long before this device (crazy, I know). If this device does not get ICS distributed by LG, then don't count on it, but there's always some sliver of hope

Yeah, should tempt them with a "free device." We got Cubed over here with that, and I'm sure everyone would pitch in to bring someone that can port. I've seen what the source is like, and I certainly haven't been all that enamored with it. Takes a heck of a lot of time and dedication to the cause.
I love MTs stuff, and he's the savior of this device, but of course, ICS and curiosity and all that. You know what curiosity did to the cat, though....

An American saying... Anyhow, what it equates to, is development often has it's rough patches along the way with ports. Usually it's wrought with bricked devices and the likes. Luckily I have never experienced that, because Cubed was extra careful when we were working on the CWR port to the Revo...

'Bout that, I have Kangwich (the alt version) but I don't seem to have these transitions...
Maybe my ADW EX settings are overriding them, but the only pertinent setting seems to be [ADW Settings > General Behavior > System Preferences > Opening Transition] which I have set to Default (android managed)...plus this wouldn't affect internal app transitions (e.g. pressing back within Settings to go to the previous menu), which is still the lame "rightwards slide" transition.
Any ideas? I'm gonna try a reflash here in a bit, but my gut tells me that ain't gonna work. (I know, I know...I should've reflashed before *****ing but I had already wrote the above paragraph when I thought about that so I was committed. )
@JamRwoo
Whats the transition supposed to be?
Ive been working on rebuilding the theme from the ground up. Got to a point where I couldn't compile without errors, so I started over. Will be adding the animations back in tomorrow, so I'll take a look at it. Maybe I missed something the first go around.
