Possible Future Theme

This is a theme I am currently working on. I wanted to create a themed ROM that in my opinion had the best features out of the many ROM's that have been created both eris and non eris ROM's. I would need a little guidance on how to make it a flash able theme. I'm posting pictures of it for feedback, as well as what needs to be done so that no issues arise. This is themed version of ShadowROM. The pics with the circle blue battery are older, using them to show the current phone, notification bar ect.

is it possible to have black menu background with white text like the xperia arc does on our desire hd?

i see, thx, but i just want the menu bar to be black and very slightly translucent
and i dun want all other enhancement in his theme (and the menu bar of his theme is still far from this screencap)

I don't know if it's because this theme or the rom I have, but I'll have to do a restore.
I get force close of ADW Launcher and Status bar is gone, so I can do nothing since I've applied it. I'm using the latest Squadzone's rom.

I found this great little tool called

We all been in situation when we want one colour for our theme, we choose hex code (somewhere from the Internet) but when we recompile app, the colour isn't good...
This app will help you in that...
