Galaxy note SIM card??? - Galaxy Note GT-N7000 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi
I noticed that the Notes SIM card is smaller than my Galaxy S SIM card (the standard size)
Is this a new type of SIM on the market?
I want to try a SIM from my home country to test/make sure my phone
is nulocked or not
Thanks

The SIM from my Galaxy S 4g fit into my Note perfectly. I don't think they have other sizes.

It's a regular sim, not a micro sim. So it's the same one you can find on the galaxy s.

Help with Micro SIM card?

Hello, I recently bought the S5 mini on Amazon. Apparently the device is from Brazil.
It does work on my NY network only issue I am having is that the micro SIM card (not memory card, actual network provider card) I am using gets lost in the slot, while the regular size one doesnt even fit. Is there anything in the middle?
The micro actually works but to get it out I need tweezers and a lot of patience .... Which makes me wonder if that's the correct size to begin with?
Help please?
Thanks
Isn't your nano sim?
This is how my cards look like:

Galaxy Note 5 SIM card Slot

Hi,
Can someone please tell me if the Galaxy Note 5 SIM card Slot (where the SIM card and SIM card tray go in the phone) is part of the motherboard.
If not, then which part of the phone is it attached to.
Thanks.

Help dualsim

Hi to all.
My Note8 n950F not is dual sim is only mono sim.
Is possible upgrade to dualsim? Any Mods? I believe the hardware is the same!
I doubt it's the same. In DS you have a hibrid SIM card tray where the second slot is capable of holding SD card or a SIM card. With normal Note 8 you won't be able to add the SIM card in SD card slot.

The question is second IMEI !
There is a way but the other sim won't be active unless you activate it. Those dual sim flex cables are available
Any more explanation? What are dual sim flex cables?

Anyone sucess instal 2 sims with microSD? It seems samsung put software protection on slot sim 2, because i try to put my sim and microsd on SIM 2 the phone locked with notification that there’s something in your sim tray that doesnt belong there, check it and try again.
How to remove the notify so i can use two sims and my microSD?

Less root/ROM(s) that address this, you're SOL.
It's been a thing since about June of this year, starting w/an update to the S9/S9+ lineup & of course,Samsung included it in the Note 9.

Experience with Nokia 7 Plus (TA1046) and Dual Sim Cards

I haven't tried the option of the Nokia 7 Plus to use the Dual Sim. I have bought the Samsung Galaxy A9 to use the Dual Sim. The A9 has the option to use two sim cards and place an SD Card extra. The Nokia 7 Plus can't do this.
Also the specs of the Samsung Galaxy A9 are better, but still, it has the Samsung Experience on it.
So, the question is, does someone use the two sim cars in the Nokia 7 Plus and what are the positive and negative sides of using the two sim cards in the Nokia 7 Plus?
Thanks in advanced.
Regards Ron
rubbish for dual SIM
Hi. Im using it. Compared to Samsung s7 this is rubbish. You select SIM to the network, not SIM number. I have 2 sims in same network. Private and job. And they are called the same, not SIM 1 and 2. It the biggest missing. NO Sound for sms tone alone, not select a sms Sound for other sim

you can set own name for each sim, in Settings/Network/SIM click on SIM1/SIM2 line (not on right slider switch, but on left)

With a Samsung dual sim is better integrated.
I have tested dual SIM in my Nokia 7 plus, changed the names. But still... My Samsung Galaxy A9 has better features for it
